I ordered the new pulled chicken meal, but it was more salt than chicken. I asked the manager to replace it and he quickly gave me something else. Three stars because he was quick but also only three stars because someone should of tasted that batch of chicken before serving it to the public. It was a ridiculous amount of salt and made me sick right after, even after only eating two bites.
Terrible location. Slow service. Curbside although offered on the app and advertised on the website for this location is non-existent. When you place a curbside order you're told to go through the drive-thru, having to make the line while your food is already done and getting cold. Oh, also, nobody will tell you to go through the drive-thru, you have to figure it out on your own, otherwise you'll be sitting in your car in the parking lot waiting for your food.The location on Coral Way and 122 Ave is much better.
We went to this pollo tropical and ordered two of the steak tropi chops one was good and the other was burnt.looked and tasted horrible while my mother ate hers I had to ask for a manager to replace my food she was not very nice she had me waiting for a long time and she didn't care that I was waiting for my food I don't think any customers should be treated that way made to wait and she really could have cared less about my dining experience . I have give you all many chances but your managers or leads need to do better.
The friend plantains I received on MARCH 5 at 7:55 pm through DoorDash!! ? they don’t even care if you can eat it or not!! Who can eat this! Is black over over over fried ?
This location has not had any sauce for months. Plus so many managerial issues. My wife likes their chicken. I can't stand this place.
Worse Pollo Tropical. I don't know where is our customer service anymore there is none. No chicken and they close at 10pm and being stuck in the Drive Thru for an hour. This doesn't make any sense ? no sense of urgency anymore. They should sell all of the empty tables and chairs and have a Drive-thru only
As always is delicious, but lately my bag is always messy, the beans came out of the container due to they don’t make sure the cover is tight and they’re most of the time rushing, besides, they missed my plantains, so after I found out I had to come back to claim it… This restaurant used to be a better place to eat
Been in a line that’s stand still for like 20 minutes and not even close to the the order window. Insane! So much for drive thru, thought it’d be faster then to get off, boy was I wrong.
You would think a place called “Pollo Tropical” would know how to cook chicken. If you don’t get your chicken undercooked, you’ll get it dry and burnt…this place is disgusting, and managers should be ashamed of themselves. Don’t bother buying anything here, you probably get food poisoning from under cooked chicken.
Drive thru lady on Jan 1st 2022 around 12:30pm very rude , on the phone she didn’t hear our car we went up to the window and she said we had to go around and place. The order where everyone did ,we asked her nicely to please help us she refused, we asked for the manager and she said she was when in fact she wasn’t (Managers name is Luis) and she shut the window at us black hair with red ends, slim, wearing red shirt and Black pants didn’t want to give her name so I took a picture of her .
