Good tastes good compared to other pollo tropical places. Service is within reasonable time. Employees are professional and polite. Place was not to crowded. Tables a bit dirty but overall a good experience
Now Pollo Tropical has always been my favorite place to eat rice and beans and so far they have not disappointed me ever since. But now this meal took it to another level of great food. The Guac Tropi-Chop has to be the best tropichop they have so far. It has chicken or steak and guacamole all over the rice and beans. You have to try it with a guava Tropi-Chiller which was also great. Everything from the fried yuca to the sauce was amazing. Easily rate this a 10/10 for great food and price, freshness, and fast.

The food was good and the services was okay the bathroom and dinning room wasn't that clean. But it was a okay experience.
Didn't have order ready & later got it wrong . The quantity was inconsistent for the same type of meal, but the ingredients were fresh & well prepared.
I don't like to leave bad reviews but when I got home I open what I order a family chiken with plantains I was very disapointed the plantains where super burned and so as the chiken looks like they where left overs, hope this takes the attention of a supervisor or manager
I really like going to this Pollo Tropical location on 87th Avenue in Miami. Everything here is very well prepared and ready to go when you need it. They are very efficient at getting everything together even for larger orders. Great overall experience every time I have been here.
Bunch of fake 5 star reviews. This specific location should just shut down and hire new staff. Teach them the importance of customer service, or maybe try to hire current Chick-fil-A employees, at least they have a clue about customer service.
Not sure how but they forgot to add chicken to a Tropichop lol. Made it all the way home with my chicken-less bowl and hd to return.. Check your orders every time.
