Ordered their new churrasco steak platter. Seriously this is the portion of steak you get for 9 dollars?Came back 2 years later and even worse experience!!!
I’m staying at the hotel next to this location. We went there on Thursday, they messed up the order. We just figured they were busy.We went tonight, they didn’t have much to offer. Didn’t give us all the toppings for our fajitas and almost forgot all of the rest of our sides.I wish I could give them ZERO STARS!
I ordered the same thing at over 30 pollo tropicals locations , every time the same thing and i allways ordered sauces. I never got in the bag any sauce from any location, I allways had to ask at pick up to add them even i put them in the order.This is the only location that put everything i asked for and in big quantities.And the food is better than any other location.Thank you.
Placed an order through Uber eats. Side order and ALL of the requested sauces were missing.Tried calling them on the number given on the receipt but no one picked up the phone. Complaint to the company has not elicited any response yet.
The food at this Pollo Tropical location, is always fresh and tastes great. Their only fault is that the service is slower than most other locations, but that's a small price to pay for good Cuban-Fast-Food.
Worst service ever. The cashier didnt asked what food we wanted or didnt have a clue abt the menu. The manager is very unprofessional handeling the situation when we speak about our order mistake and that the cashier didnt even ask which food we wanted beacause they brought the churrasco and its two differently menu. Dont wast your time and money in this place. Go to another pollo tropical.
Bad service, they have open lobby but refused to take your order. Instead they said it a bad manner that they are only doing drive thru orders. Even if they didn’t have enough staff to do lobby, the drive thru line and wait time is HOURS LONG so it’s a huge inconvenience. Overall, very bad service and employees are unprofessional
Cheated me out of all my sides sauces. Don't eat here. Ripp off joint, typical Miami
All my sauces were left out of 2 orders. Requested white meat and was given dark. Food was OK though I'll never go back to this location.
Food was great. Tierra's customer service and her determination to ensure that our orders we're correct as we had several separate orders was exceptional. Thanks again Tierra, we we able to get back to work within enough time to eat our lunch.
