It’s is so sad for 52 dollars I cook better but didn’t want too. Oh churrasco tropi chop sucks the plater with churrasco shrimp chicken sucks this is like if you eat at golden coral. Very very disappointed asked for no onion or toppings on my tropichop and it was added on top of that was warm the food not hot. Never again
Pollo is falling off the taste of that Pollo Marinade chicken is not thereFlavor drinks never have them but the service was good.

Using shaved chicken instead of diced. It was dry and made me sick to my stomach within just a few bites ?? THIS PLACE IS SLOWLY GOING DOWN HILL!
Got my first order here. Everything was good but the fried chicken was almost burnt. The black beans had good favor but was more liquid than beans. Next time I will check before leaving the drive thru that the chicken is not almost burnt
No sauces, no white chicken but charged for it, no yuca and mojo but charged. Hated to pay this high price with tip for a disappointing order. Never again!
So this guy comes to my car with a table to take the order. I understand, they want to expedite the line! Problem is, we don’t know the menu. He literally wanted me to order without a menu. Absurd!
Eduardo store manager was one of the better managers I have met. He was working the register at the time I encountered him and he took my order. His energy is what brought me to write this review. I sensed a good work environment. Most times the managers are mute and just seem like they don’t want to be there. During pandemic times I understand businesses have been affected and struggle, workers are not happy with pay. But it was refreshing to get such friendly and excellent service. Cheicken was cooked good and rice beans as well. A plus!
