this place is a nightmare girl bolt the other way i assure you ANY other food place is better than this. always always something missing in my order. i kept coming back since it was usually something small missing, but they really pushed it this time. they gave me a tiny crippled lump of chicken instead of a sandwich. and they missed a whole a$$ item. but yet they still charged me for everything. listen i get it if you don’t have the food item available, but just say that! don’t try to pass a sneaky little piece of crusty chicken as another thing. or charge me for something that’s not even in the bag. that’s just criminal. i tried talking with the manager about it and she just told me to cancel the pickup order ? like what do you mean? i already paid and the order was completed i can’t cancel it lmao. had to get on their crappyservice line for an hour to finally get my refund since they were too rude to do it in the store.
Waited 20 minutes in drive thru to be told that it was cash only. Had to wait another 10 minutes to leave drive thru. Manager Maria has poor customer service. Did not want to charge my card. Told me I had to go into store, make another line to order. Could have charge me from window, but chose not to. I asked for corporate phone number and she could not provide. She advised to call number in bottom or receipt, which she could also not provide. Waisted 40 minutes of my lunch break. Terrible experience, very poor customer service. Will never eat here again.
Food is good but service bad. They never fail to fail ?. Order ALWAYS comes wrong (sauces missing; no utensils, etc) and the lady that serves wrongfully blames Linda ?. I always double check the order and Linda never fails with the sauces I want etc. But the lady that later serves me starts to scream at Linda whenever there is a mistake done by her…
The food is decent tasting, but the management here seems to be lacking. We ordered inside at 5pm on a Sunday and they were out of 3 things we wanted to order. They skimped on the meat in one of the dishes because it was all they had left, but didn’t offer to add anything else to the dish. The flavors were decent and you get enough food to fill you up. The sweet plantains are very good.
A wonderful experience every time I visit this location. The staff is so professional and pleasant! Thank you for getting my order correct and made with care every time. You can tell this location is organized logically & effectively as seen by their staff. I highly recommend this location.
This place deserves zero stars. Do not waste your time. I’ve given this place too many chances. I’ve been going to this place since I was 8. Today, I give up on them. They need to hire new management. I paid money to get an incomplete order every time. I hate to go back and ask for what is missing. This place needs to close down if it is not going to give good service. I rather take my money elsewhere. I’m taking the food to my kids who are hungry and I all I get is Chicken and corn, when I ordered a family meal with 2 sides. Not happy and never going back. Warning to all!!!! Do not make the same mistake I did.
Very bad experience, as soon as i got inside i asked for a surf and turn but they said they neither had beef nor did they have shrimps, apart from that the rise tasted like it was not even cooked with hard bits every where, most of the tables where dirty and the seats were as well, the service was very bad, the cachier was very rude towards us and even after we got the food we had to go back to be given some food that was not given to us. A very bad experience over all and they pictures they have up on the front store are missleading and they dont even have most of the food that they advertise. Do not come to this place.
That was hands down the worst experience ever. The place is dripping with grease, service was beyond tasking and took way to long just to place an order. Then waited over 30 minutes when we found they skipped us and weren't apologetic at all. No one cared and one worker passed it into the next. Skip this place. Yuck!
yesterday 2-12-2022 I ordered a half chicken meal that clearly on sign inside the store shows the price of $7.39 everyday dinner meal. The cashier insisted that for months the price had been raised to $8.29. I called the manager Yaema, or whatever her name is, and she told me the sign was wrong and wouldn't change the price. Every other tropical chicken charges me $7. 39 every day I go. This manager and cashier insisted and did not refund me the difference. This may sound petty, but it's the principle. She should honor what's clearly advertised in the store. I'm very dissapointed with the attitude and disregard for their own advertisement. What's happened to this once great food spot? Terrible attitude and the food is overcooked most of the time. Oh and by the way no sauces, unless you're in the drive thru. That's what they tell the customers.
Horrible service as always. Now they even deny you sauce and everything. Worse by the day. Their corporate office never answers to any emails. Items missing constantly. They should shut down.I asked for one extra sauce and they told me that they couldn’t give me more. Ridiculous I paid for the food, it wasn’t free. Disgusting
