I come here just because it’s close to my house. They routinely mess up my orders, regularly are out of sauce, and instead of tell you they are out of something they will give you your food and hope you leave before noticing. Terrible service and every time I go it take a ridiculous amount of time to order and receive food. They need management that will hold a high standard in this restaurant.

We sometimes use this PT as last resort food when coming home from holidays or a long weekend. Oh boy. Where to start? maybe with one word - incompetence. I'd say I got wrong orders at least 30-40% of the times. Funny thing is that the wrong order went always AGAINST me (i.e. I order large side, they give me small, I order two sides they forget one) and not the other way. HmmmFood is edible as in, if you got a can of beans at home with no condiment, then come here. Unfortunately very convenient, but we're not going to go back after they started ripping off customers with price changes while simultaneously not filling properly the cups and plates, short changing the food.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Pollo tropical used to be a solid place for food but not it’s garbage. Literally everything should be put in the trash.1) chicken is always over cooked and dried. Also comes burnt more often than not2) the people working there have no clue what’s going on when it comes to picking up orders. It isn’t rocket science and they make it look difficult3) never have sauces. Went today and the woman said they had zero sauces available.You’re best bet is Pollo Campero on 8th street. Food is way better there

If I could give this place no stars I would , this place is horrible went and ordered my food through the drive thru they forgot to give me my soda and my large yuca , I went back and tried going inside to pick up my missing items turns out it’s closed at this time it’s 10:10pm more or less when I look on the website it states they close at 10:30pm…. I went back on the drive thru line with about 7 cars ahead of me in which I waited for them to tell me at the window the yuca they have is burnt If by any chance I wanted something else I then said I would like fries , the gentleman at the window went to the back to make the fries , he then comes back to tell me the fries are burnt and he can’t re make them because they are about to close. The cashier then asked me if I wanted a refund I told him yes , he then leaves to get the manager and comes back to tell me the manager can make the yuca frita if I wait , at this point the food that I ordered is cold and I stated I wanted a refund , he proceeded to get the manager and I told the manager I should get a full refund he stated that he will not give me a refund because he cannot do that he gave me back $5. At this time every other pollo tropical was closed due to me wasting my time with this pollo tropical , I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO COME TO THIS POLLO TROPICAL

While visiting Miami at 8pm on a Thursday, the person taking the order in the drive thru was great and the food was fast but they didn't have any sauce, items were missing from my order, and of the food I got, most were missing something. A bit disappointing.

The place had a good amount of customers placing orders to go. I placed an online order but there was an issue and the staff solved the problem, prepared my order and I was there in a very reasonable amount of time. The food is good and the prices acceptable, the flavor is good. My problem is with the website, which is designed as a perfect example of a user unfriendly app. I placed my order to be picked up at 3:15 pm yesterday and to place the order it is not easy to navigate forth and back to order what you want, the menus are not properly displayed, as there are for example 2 instances churrasco but only one displays online, and there is no chance to review the order before finalizing it

I used to love the food, but if you walk in and order, there is no system to serve in the order of arrival. You can hang in there for 45 minutes while people that ordered after you walk out with their food. This was so bad that I asked for a refund and left.

Food excellent!Service the worst!!!Associates bare speak English and extremely rude!!!Curbside only on App at the restaurant you are ignored!!!!

Go to expect a hot meal what i got was a tasteless room temperature meal. Seems like all restaurants fail on that are the warmers broken too lazy to put water in them.
