I ordered the family tropic chop online . First , they told me that the order was going to be ready 3 hours after I placed the order. I called several times to the store but nobody answered the phone.I went to the place to check the status of my order . When I got there , my order was ready, but everything was served in plates . All the plates had all the food mix . I explain the supervisor there that I ask for the Family tropic chop , that everything comes separate in diferentes trays . He told me that’s the way they do it , and that is it.My kids didn’t eat the food , because since they mix everything, some people doesn’t eat veggies .I order before for other Pollo Tropical and never received the food like that. The website shows the Tropic Chop with the diferentes trays.Very disappointed! I don’t think I will order again from them .
Always out of options, never have anything. You one to order food and it’s like they force you to eat what you don’t want pollo tropical corporate what’s going on!
They make you take the breast, even if you want to pay for leg thigh or wing, they tell you NO. JUST LIKE THAT. NO sir you have to eat the breast. I ended up leaving empty handed. If you dont like breast you cant go here
I you go to Florida and don't have pollo tropical you didn't went to Florida lol!! Best fast food ever !!!
Worst thing to happen when trying to get your food. Is not getting your food and having your time wasted! employees have no clue what their doing. Horrible experience. One employee is saying they have nothing but chicken tonight another is saying they have chicken and sides. Employee gave me total price. At the window difference price. They ask me what I ordered.It was a complete mess and a waste of time
Who wants to eat dry chicken with no sauce after ordering a FAMILY MEAL!? Doesn’t make sense. Anywho, make sure when someone preorders plenty of sauces, that they expect I might add, give it to them.
It was the best , but , I believe they are serving pigeons now because of the size of the so-called chicken , also they are extremely restricted as far as serving extra dark meat (leg quarters) ....By the way , THE PIGEONS THEY ARE SERVING TASTING VERY GOOD !!!

Like coming here to get a fast lunch, unlike most pollo tropical this one is pretty quick to get your food during lunch time
