I Absolutely love Pollo Campero ! I do not live close but every time I'm in the area I stop by. When I brought my order to the table I realized I had a side of sweet sour cream and I had no idea why they put it on the tray. I went back to ask the cashier and she said to dip the sweet plantains in it. 1st time I ever did that and it was fantastic. I love the flavors and seasonings at this chicken joint. I hope more of these franchises start popping up all over the place.
Same taste as all other Pollo Campero’s. A small restaurant, but drive through is very fast. Great for pick-up as well.

I was driving by and decided to stop by. Never seen this place before. Went inside and was immediately met with great customer service. The cashier, Edwin, was great; because I've never been there, gave me his suggestions. The Compero Rice was a great choice (thanks Edwin). The rest of the food was great, it was fast and fresh (two things you do not see often in fast food nowadays). Fried chicken was crispy, vegetables were fresh, and the rice and beans were cooked perfectly. Will definitely be recommending this place to others in the area.

Best chicken I have tried in a fast food place. Drive thru is a bit slow but the flavor is worth the wait. Much better than KFC, Pollo Tropical etc.
I went here for the first time in March 2022 just after they renovated the place. I had to pick up my order from the drive thru because they didn't allow anyone to place their order or pick up their order inside. At that time I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the 3-piece chicken meal. I ordered on the app and I was planning on paying in person since you can't pay on the app. When I got to the window, I told the worker my name and he went to look for my ticket. The manager came to the window and told me that the fried chicken sandwich I ordered I can't get because the toaster is not working. She told me whatever I ordered will be for free. In place of the chicken sandwich I got the chicken bowl which cost $8.85. I got that for free as well as the chicken meal. I went to McDonald's next door and I found out that they gave me four pieces of chicken instead of three. It would have cost me about $20 for all of the items I got. I really enjoyed it.
