where do i even start. everything is soooooo good and so fresh && they give you so much!! my go to is the bonsai bowl but let's be real here, there isn't a bowl on the menu i don't like! you can even create your own bowl!!also, get the krab roll and then thank me later.
Was my fav in Citadel for few years now, but can’t stand the rudeness of team for a while now. Don’t think they want to be there. Shame, won’t be coming back, not gonna support this attitude
Poke San is one of the best poke spots in Miami. Every poke bowl is fresh and customizable to your liking. I love coming over to the Citadel to grab a bite after the gym or after a shift. Both owners, Mike and Joey, and employees are very accommodating and welcoming. it's a great atmosphere to be immersed in. If you want sushi, you can go right across to Maki San, their sister restaurant.
Was excited to try this spot and their tuna crispy rice but unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. Can definitely not recommend ?? Crispy rice was extremely over cooked and like chewing on a rock with rice in the middle.. Tuna looked and tasted like it was squirted out of a tube that was 4 days old. Garnish was non existent.

This "WAS" my favorite Poke Bowl place until today. When in town I would come at least once or twice a week. Today while ordering I was disgusted with how the female preparing my bowl "SNEEZED/COUGH". Literally all over the opened air toppings without ANY ATTEMPT to cover her nose and mouth. Then proceeded to wipe her nose with her forearm since she had gloves on. The cashier said "God Bless You" then they both turned and mumbled something to each other. At that point, I was still in shock just from how loud it was and she had no care in the world. I finally canceled my order and walked to get something elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will not visit this spot again not knowing what is happening if no one is around as far as hygiene with everything that's going on in this world. Googling now "Poke Bowl" in my area.

I accidentally posted a review of your food from your sister shop, not this one! Hope this one compensates. Regardless, great food, quality packaging, no complaints here! Will be visiting again on Uber Eats for a nice lunch when I’ve got the craving. :)
