I use to hear very good things about this location and since they closed Lime next door my family and I decided to try it out… big mistake… the tables are all sticky, the whole dining smells like dirty mop water, and even the condiment packets were sticky… the burgers were extremely salty, aside from the salt there wasn’t much flavor, and my wife got a Latin bowl that was 90% rice and no flavor…. Truly a disappointing experience…. If you’re looking for a subpar burger/food experience I suggest the McDonald’s that’s half a mile down the road.

Let me start by saying that we used to love this place but today we didn't have the best experience. There was only another customer dining in when we arrived, and I know that times have changed and online ordering is the new thing but if you're offering dine in, tables needs to be clean. We tried 3 different tables and all were dirty and sticky. Moving on we received our food we order a pincho salad and a vaca bowl. Instead of the pincho salad we received a poncho platter with no salad and the the vaca bowl was cold, a lot of rice but very little beans and the vaca frita was cold with not much flavor, a little grilled onions would have come a long way. Also the casa bowl comes with cilantro sauce that I also didn't received. We order 2 bottle of water one was cold and the other one was hot, yes no cup of ice... With all the options out there it's a shame that they have forgot the importance of quality and good service to create a great experience to their customers. Sadly I wouldn't recommend this place anymore.

Staff and new manager was awesome. Floor no longer is slippery- thank goodness. Good is awesome!!! Staff super friendly! Be back soon!!

Food is great, but can improve in response time. They seem very busy and understaffed.

I never write reviews but this was worth writing. I ordered a pincho salad with shrimp and 2 burgers. When I got home I realized they forgot the shrimp. I was annoyed so I called the restaurant and i spoked to the manager. He’s response was “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience but if you are willing to wait a few minutes I will go and drop off 2 shrimps pincho sticks” I was shook. Indeed he did not only drop off my shrimps but also delivered a guava cheesecake. If that’s not amazing service I don’t know what is. We ordered a lot from pincho and will definitely continue.

I placed a large order via Uber for myself and several coworkers. Once the order arrived I noticed the driver only had a bag marked (2) I asked if everything was in that bag and the driver responded yes that’s all I was given. I called pinchos directly and spoke with Jesus, he handled everything amazingly. He made sure we received the rest of our order and went above and beyond to make the situation right. Good service is hard to come by now a days but because of Jesus’ great service I will continue ordering from this location. Also the food arrived quickly and was still warm

I placed an order and when it arrived I was missing multiple items, none of the sauces I paid for were packed, I got a wrong burger, and my other burger was incorrect. Then when I called the west kendall location 5 times no one answers the phone! Super unprofessional and really ridiculous. One mistake maybe but an entire order wrong after waiting an hour for your food is insane!

It was ok. I visited because I saw it on a show. The toston burger was not the same as presented on the tv show, however it did taste good. We also ordered Carne Frita but it was dry.

Decent value for the money. Had Chicken Pinchos combo. Service staff was great especially Daniela who was exceptionally sweet & hospitable, rest of the staff was equally cool. Rice could've been hotter and was a lil hard, and although they were tasty, prefer tostones without salt & pepper. If you do too, ask for them plain. Background music could've been better too.

First burger missing sauce, second burger missing bacon (charged $2 extra for it though), chicken sandwich missing sauce. I get that not everything can be perfect but 0/3 was kind of disappointing. Also, I’m not one to shy away from salt but the chicken sandwich was so salty I couldn’t finish it. I think the burgers would have been really good if at least the sauce had been on them.
