Food was great plus they take their time making sure it looks good on the plate 5 stars to the kitchen staff BUT, the young chubby girl with glasses has horrible customer service, I'm a customer the one who pays her rent, food etc. with out me she wouldn’t be able to pay her bills when I was a teenager working at Office Depot they had secret shoppers. corporate needs to start the secret shopper to this location PLUS why is this restaurant always so hot either corporate is just lazy!! or they just don’t care about this store unprofessional people at the register and the customers sweat while they eat PLEASE get it together
Nice place, the girl who took our order was named Graciela, she was lovely and kind, she explained everything in the menu cuz it was our first time in the place. The food was delicious.

We Had a blue cheese burger w/sweet patio fries and a frita bowl..yum yum! The place was clean, the service was good and the food even better. Will remember to return to this place when in am in the area.
I really enjoy the food from Pincho, it's entrees are tasty, filling, and unique! The only thing holding this location back from 5 stars is the fact that they closed their outdoor dining while I was still outdoors ? granted I was out there for like 3 hrs but I was having a great convo with my friend. The place closed at 10 that day but they started putting in all the chairs at 9! I get being productive but you could've given me an extra 30 mins to chill, we were the only ones out there too, not like we were holding up customers haha
Worst service ever everytime i irder from there is something different , they did not bring the French fries , they put beans and then they took it out the picture is literary the way the plate looks like when i got it NASTYYYYY
Amazing experience every time i go to this location! David the manager was super helpful and even was kind enough to give me some nutritional information on the food that was a huge help to me! Truly suggest checking this location out!
Great Burgers, nice chicken pincho, rice and black beans were cold. The customer service very poor, I felt like I was bothering their rest. Another almost sweeping my shoes! Not recommended.
Best manager I’ve seen in a while. He was quick to correct our order that the cashier took down incorrectly. I am only coming back due to his quick attention.Thank you!
They promote prizes and the only customer service you get is just ignoring you. The manager does not even put the face, the bowl loos like it was a leftover of someone else and they do not even say sorry. What a disgrace. Last time I go to Pinchos.
