Staff were not friendly. Food was not good. Coleslaw was sour. White rice mushy.
Worst service ever, or was waiting for 2 kebab skewers and 1 bowl. After 35 minutes I went to verify my order which did not appear, nobody knew about my order apparently they gave it to another client. Ok, they put me back to wait for a new order to come out and after a while, almost 30 minutes, the second order doesn't appear either... Finally, they give me a third order, which they forget again, and when the young woman sees my happy face, she starts yelling at the kitchen "I need 2 pinchos and a bowl now." When I started eating my chicken it was at temperature, I was no longer hungry or wanting to continue fighting. In short, I do not recommend it even if it is the last cuisine on the planet.
Food is good, I like the burgers and fríes specially. If you’re going to pick up your order from this place is perfect, if you’re planning to eat there, think about it twice. The first time I went to this particular location it was packed, and the place is really small. As soon as I opened the door I smelled like people were smoking inside although I didn’t see anybody doing so.
As always one good little place to go get good food. Love this place! Will eat there anytime.
Pincho Factory is in need of Covid refresher, they have a good menu, but they aren't cooked properly. The portions are small.
Absolutely surprised. Group of 6. Everyone fully enjoyed their meal. My PIPO burger was amazing. We will definitely return soon. ...oh..one thing I would consider lowering the volume on the music,just a touch. Thanks.
We ordered delivery from here and the portion size was tiny. We gave it a second chance but it was such a mistake. They were out of the meat I ordered but didn't bother to replace it with anything else, instead I got rice, about a tablespoon of beans and 2 tostones for $16!!! Even my husband's order which actually had the meat sadly wasn't much more food. Don't waste your money here
Absolutely love this place I went a few days ago it was pretty busy but the employee who attended me was super well mannered and such a sweetheart her name was Grace. The food was great ! Definitely recommend the Flagler location.
Not sure how many kids eat burgers like this, but mine did not (as you can see from the small bite in the corner.). There’s a 0% chance we try this again.My bowl was fine. Rice was slightly undercooked but compared to my kids burger, I’ll take it.
Great Burgers especially the Toston Burger. I definitely recommend this place for Lunch. Though service is easily distracted, I asked for a cup of water 3 times and never got it.
