I went to 7 so called haitian restaurants in this city. They all should be ashamed of them selves. They all should closed down,to protect the word "Haitians". Most of them were located in dumpsters and filth. This is the only restaurant that remind me of Orlando. I was ashamed of all the other ones. The food is on point, taste good,the service was quick, the staff was friendly and the location was ok,accessible and better than the rest. I swear,if anyone need to eat Haitian food,go to this place first, there's no drive thru lane to wait 14 hres or inside a hangard,or in a dumpster place.I drove from Doral 87th street,to there from 1PM- 4:10PM,all the other restaurants were disgusting and I was ashamed of taking my wife and my kids there,coming from Orlando,we are used to quality. This is the Haitian spot in Miami, anyone else that says the contrary,is a liar and promoter of dog foods.
I’m not the type to complain because I understand it gets hectic working at a restaurant. However It’s a hit or miss with them, some days the food would taste immaculate other days they would just give you food that’s been there and retried(ex: appetizer like akra, meatballs) but the one thing that Erks me the most is how rude the French cashier Jenniffer can be. I think they should do a mass training for customers service. FYI you ALWAYS help the person in front of you before getting on the phone. I ordered my food over the phone 30 minutes prior to coming in, got there she didn’t find my order, I placed my order again waited 10 minutes for it to come out. Jennifer literally was bagging my akra, left to go answer the phone and made me wait another 10 minutes. No apologies nothing, If I ever stop coming to this place is for poor customer service.
Food was good. Nice outside seating. Quick service. Recommend highly.
I never have an issue with the taste. The food always taste great. However, this is the 2nd time that we've ordered food using DoorDash and they put less food or have forgotten to place items in our bag. For example, we ordered the fried chicken meal and would get one drumstick. recently, I ordered the white rice with bean sauce and I did not get the bean sauce for 2 orders. I guess it's better to order your food in person in the restaurant where they'll actually give u the amount u ordered :/
First time ever having Caribbean food it was amazing. Portions were huge and so tasty. They hsve a passion friut drink I recommend with milk 10/10
I am so glad to find this spot. The food is on point and the price not bad at all. Four stars because inside could really use a good renovation.
My husband ordered fried snapper and I ordered fried shrimp. They both tasted old and very greasy, like it had been refried...it wasn't fresh. And for $45, all my food should be piping hot when I get. Never going there AGAIN
I like the pikilez, and spaghetti, but the griot I had was mostly fat not a lot of meat.
I've been going at Pierre's Caribbean restaurant at least three times a week for lunch, but today was my last straw of disrespect from representative. I called to placed an order for pick up, the lady picks up the phone and say "I'm too busy to take your order call back" after putting me on hold for over five minutes. It was nice while it last, I'll go to restaurant where customers are appreciated. Thanks!
I was so skeptical to order from a place on Uber I never went to before especially to order fish , but omg you guys exceeded my expectations. I ordered again that same week I kept thinking about it . I got the fried snapper it was sooooo tasty and fresh.
