Literally haven’t had perry wing since high school, and honestly not much has changed. So happy they didn’t start making the wings bigger, I love the small size wings! Perry sauce 5/5 everytime! Service could be better I called and asked if there was a lunch special and the person on the phone said no, but I checked her Instagram account and it said it did in-fact have a lunch special.
I experienced a disgusting for their wings, chicken was old, they smother the food in their sauce to mask the disgusting old oil and chicken. It is ridiculous and potentially hazardous to those with sensitive manners. They should be closed down by an inspector of culinary cuisine. Absolutely repulsive.
Over price on food that's not worth eating for free. You don't have a say so in the way your wings is flavored. It's an automatic sugar ball wingette that's dipped in corn starch syrup, ttriple battered to make the wingette look bigger. A waste of money ??
Absolutely terrible I just ordered right now, asked for LEMON pepper wings and fries with blue cheese and ranch. Wings tasted so old, and it wasn't even lemon pepper, they gave me perry sauce which is so sweet and gross by the way. The fries are from those Chinese buffets, old tasting and no fluff. CLOSE DOWN THIS CESTPOOL OF A RESTAURANT. PIZZA HUT OUT DOES THESE PEOPLE. Oh and they charge you for the sauce to dip I never got them lol, what a rip off.
Delicious, hot, home cooking and reasonably priced! Terrific wings, breaded or not...and the Perry sauce is YuMmY! Excellent peas and rice, plantains, and yucca...which make Great sides along with the tasty grilled chicken and succulent grilled shrimp! I get extra sides, and extra sides of the proteins to be sure to have leftovers! The cornbread is a stand alone treat! We tried this place a couple times recently, and it's consistently fantastic!
Ok so the wings are delicious but the light skinned kinda heavyset girl who worked today had an attitude that just didn’t make sense. I JOKINGLY said to her “do I get a reward for my wait”…I know clearly that no reward comes from waiting, I was only joking because I could tell that she was stressed out and tried to lighten her mood. She replied “No reward, I don’t get a reward for being the only one working” which was uncalled for and proves what I always say—It’s hard to support black businesses due to the lack of professional customer service. I wasn’t serious about a reward, and I know that everywhere is under staffed right now. I totally understand she’s overwhelmed, trust me I know. But that reply just wasn’t necessary. She needs to lighten up.

A little disappointed!! The wings were soggy and smaller than my pinky finger. They didn’t have the kick to It like they did back in the days. $12 for a 6 wing combo. Not worth It.
Honestly the only thing keep this place standing in my opinion is the flavor of the food. The worry wing sauce is the BOMB. I think it taste great on almost anything. My reasoning in saying this is, I’m big on customer service. I feel like if the service is bad the food is also. Only method of payment today was cash. Mind you I place a phone in order, you would’ve thought the person placing the order would have told you by the way we are only excepting cash. All in all it’s was blah.
