My go-to Asian chain restaurant. Considering I don't visit too many chain restaurants, this is high praise!This chain is actually a low-cost version of PF Chang's. The new Coconut Curry & Spicy Basil plates are fire!
A staple. So worth every penny. Feels like Chinese takeout without the regret. And of course, being allergic to gluten, I’m grateful for their entire gluten free section.
I like Pei Wei overall. Only issues are they are not consistent and they put red pepper ?️ on everything. Also the dishes to me always seem to be on the small side. I always add extra veggies to any dish to compensate. Extra charge but worth it.
In 2 different times I placed orders on this location of Pei Wei and items were missing from my orders, First time it was a dessert so I did not take any action, but the last time, like 4 months from the first missing item, it was a portions of Drunken Noodles with chicken that I ordered online and everything else was delivered except the noodles. The worst part is that I contacted the Pei Wei website and told them about the issue, to no avail, I did not get a response. Instead I got a survey to evaluate the service ????? so I place a dispute on my credit card, as I am not willing to pay for what I ordered and not received
After 3 years of being a regular customer, this place has now officially lost my business. I loved it pre-pandemic, more so prior to the change in corporate ownership. Ever since it reopened after the initial massive Covid closure, it has not been the same, as has slowly, progressively worsened. Service is largely inefficient, and food is inconsistent. One Saturday night, I arrived to pick up my simple, single-item prepaid takeout order 20 minutes after ordering, and still had to wait another 10 minutes because they were backlogged on an influx of orders and running behind. More times than I can count, I have arrived and stood at the pickup area of the front counter, to again pick up my prepaid takeout order, only to be ignored for several minutes before an employee finally acknowledges my presence. Sadly, most of the employees hired here have obviously never learned the concept of multitasking or being aware of the business' surroundings, of glancing around the restaurant rather than staring blankly at the floor or being too occupied chatting with fellow employees to notice that a customer is waiting to be served. Regardless, my last chicken salad bowl order was hugely lacking content; the portion was ridiculously small, and it was missing key ingredients I had chosen. Furthermore, when I arrived home and untied the knot that had been made by the handles of my plastic takeout bag, I also discovered that I was not given a single napkin, nor a plastic fork with which to eat my salad, nor an obligatory fortune cookie. This time was the worst $10 I have ever spent on a takeout salad. I sent an email to corporate customer service in TX two weeks ago about this experience, and have not received a single word in response. Adios and bao zhong, PEI WEI.
Food sucks. Chewy meat. Cold uncooked vegetables. Sugar sauce on top. Won’t be back. Run.
Just ordered through DD and came super quick. But the food was just not what I expected. Fried rice is way to sweet my blood sugar went to the top,beef and broccoli also way too sweet. Had to give my food to someone else. Why is everything so darn sweet? If you have diabetes I do not recommend getting fried rice or beef and broccoli,it can literally kill you. I’m not satisfied I had to much hope in trying pei-wei and thinking it would taste amazing. Sadly that was not it. I’m completely unsatisfied.

the Winter garden location is one of the worst locations I have ever been to.they are consistently making errors on the food and I can't understand why they do not have white meat.they only have dark meat for the chicken it has been like this for over a month.only dark meat.Don't get me wrong I like dark meat my kids don't and a lot of people don't so they should have options
Come here for lunch every so often. I like it, love the wine options.
