This is the worst restaurant! Dirty on the inside! Terrible service and I ordered Mac and cheese and it’s watery and like it’s from a box! Never go there again!!!????
The line may be long, but it’s worth the wait. The food is very nice and crisp, really would suggest eating here.

Was there today waited in the drive through for 15 maybe 20 min(not busy) got our food on the way home stopped to eat the sandwiches were good but fries and mac was cold I spent almost 30.00.i expected better.
I don’t know what happened or what’s going on but I just went here literally today and haven’t gone for about 6 months but I could tell you it went downhill during that time. The milkshake isn’t what it was and the fries have gone from amazing to mid, instead of spending 10$ here for something mediocre go to chipotle and spend 10$ there for something filling and healthy!!

First time trying PDQ and didn't have any expectations. We all really enjoyed it. There's nothing fancy or special on the menu, but the chicken is delicious. It's fresh and tender. Yummy!
Not sure what happened to the food quality. The salad came with 3 pieces of grilled chicken, the French fries were mixed with burned and ok fries… and when I asked for ketchup, I was told they had no more ketchup- was given 1 pdq sauce for ketchup for 4 sets of fries. Terrible.
I love PDQ chicken and broccoli. Today I decided to try the Mac & cheese. Sorry, but it was terrible. It was more like cold cheese soup with some macaroni thrown in as an afterthought. There were no breadcrumbs on top, but it is possible by the time I drove home they had gotten mixed into the soup. I will stick with fries or broccoli in the future.
