Great tasting food, clean, and staff is very polite and professional

Panna Fountain Square on Flagler Street in Miami is a great place to go for delicious food that is delicious and ready when you need it. I really like the variety and tastes that they have available here. The staff here is very accommodating and efficient at getting everything together. Good experience coming here each time.

We placed an order for 2 ham breads at 2:30pm. We were advised to pick them up at 6:00pm on the dot. We showed up at 5:50pm….it is 7:15pm and we’re still waiting. Not only did they lie about the time to pick the bread up but we are being spoken to as we didn’t pay for the breads and we are low class citizens. Horrible service.

Every time I've been here, everything is fresh. Aquiles, the person at the front, was extremely kind to my son and his needs. I really love the attention and the way the food tasted! Everything clean and neat! Thanks, will be back with the family!

Every time I visit Miami and my friends in this area, a Venezuelan breakfast here has become a tradition for us. Food is excellent and it all goes beyond my expectation.

Tried to give this place a second shot. Service is painfully slow and food is mediocre. I came in today and there was no one in the restaurant. Placed my order to go and took 20 minutes to be ready due to a miscommunication with the kitchen they were literally hanging out and forgot about one of my orders. The arepa cheese was cold and the platter I ordered was tasteless. I won’t go back.

I have been to this place once or twice. I like the variety in the menu and the service is good too.

I have been a loyal customer and I love many things about coming to Panna Fontainebleau, I just want to give this review since I know Cachapa is a traditional food that represents Venezuela, but I have notice some decline in its taste... sometimes you go to a restaurant with that desire to eat a good cachapa. Try to see if maybe adding more shredded cheese on top and making sure the cachapa is fully cooked (with this two things I am sure you will have more happy customers with the cachapa). Hope you receive my constructive advice with love. I love your service but I have eaten in the last days 2 cachapas that I have not liked so much. Love you all :)
