Ordered in the restaurant and order was incorrect. Then after eating, I ordered takeout. That order was incorrect too. Unfortunately I didn’t check until I got home. Have eaten at Panera for years usually no problems. I ordered a large salad. The already small container of dressing was barely filled and the salad had barely any salad. My sons small Cesar salad had barely any salad and they forgot the chicken so basically he just had a small bowl of leaves for lunch with a bunch of croutons
My order is always on time and the food is great. However, they never answer the phone and i need to make a change on my order. Tried calling several time and no one ever answered.
I would like to know why they keep it so cold in every Panera bread I’ve ever been in. Extremely uncomfortable and when thinking of somewhere to come and eat and relax without freezing Panera breads not first on the list
This is the second time that that it didn’t get all the items that I ordered. Every time I call them to let them know, nobody picks up the phone. Very disappointed!
Great food and excellent service! Prices have gone up, but that's everywhere these days. I'm a big Panera fan. Quality food and fair prices.
What is there to say? Great food. Tables were being cleaned in a timely manner. Hygienic practices. A franchise that I am happy has stood the test of time so far. Give this one a shot when you can!

Best place to go for a fast, hot, inexpensive meal! Last time TAYLOR was my cashier; she knows what's in every sandwich and salad! I ordered the awesome pepperoni pizza and also got a delicious, cold lemonade! But their grilled cheese sandwich and creamy tomato soup is out-of-this world! ALFONZ gave me a special bag with handles and then the store manager, RICARDO, gave me an ooey, gooey melty chocolate cookie in a little bag to go! Their GREAT SERVICE=HAPPY CUSTOMERS!
