Worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. They offered to make me something else but I was too disgusted.
I don't review often, but this is the dirtiest Panera we've ever seen. The dining area, visible kitchen area, and bathrooms were filthy. The two spoons that came with our order had food on them; when I returned them to the counter all I received was a shrug from the association. I hate to think what the back kitchen looks like! We won't eat here again. Clearly bad management. I'm submitting official feedback to corporate. I'm attaching the one photo I took, of the slime going down the wall from the soda machine.
Excellent service and wonderful selection of pastries and much more
Demasiado ricas las sopas!!!
The sweetest employees made my quick trip to Panera, a pleasant experience. They had incredible service; the food was quick and speedy, yet delicious.
I order the house salad with chicken pretty good ? service great
I'm new to panera and really love their food. This location especially is fantastic. Very clean establishment and the food is very fresh. All the staff is kind, warm and friendly. Misty at the cashier is so sweet and attentive and Juan is an amazing manager who really cares about making sure everything runs smoothly and all guests leave happy. It's a great energy here. This is my new go to spot! I highly recommend it.
Very pleasant ambiance, as well as delectable soups, salads, and sandwiches. Coffee and cakes are excellent.
Panera has a great selection of food , that is fast but healthier that other fast food restaurants. They have some vegetarian options too , they should improve their vegan options. Overall they are good. Service is not always the best but at this location they were kind enough to offer me some free bakery products ta as a compensation for messing my order.
Never been here before to eat but this review is for the store manager by the name of George/Jorge. I went for an interview and he just seemed like he already didn't want me there and his tone was weird. When asked for my availability I said I can work whenever but would like Sunday off for religious purposes and he immediately declined it and said I would have to be flexible in my schedule and to let him know so he can decide to continue the interview or move on. He also didn't seem to care that I had 4 year of customer service and food. Felt more like an interrogation than an interview. He also had asked me if I had done research before coming to Panera and I told him I didn't know I was expected to do that. He seemed baffled at the fact I didn't know anything about the business and how many stores there were but isn't that why people apply, to find out more about the company and how it works. Never in my life have I experienced an interview like this or had a job that expected me to have done research on the company. I am just at a loss of words and left feeling disrespected and tossed to the side.
