Food was okay. I had higher expectations, maybe because I’ve always seen the name and thought it was the go to place. The beef was hard n crispy and the kung pao chicken was blah. Wouldn’t go back, would order local Chinese for all that. Meh
Lunch date with my 9yr old daughter. Had the best server- and highly upset I donât recall his name!! We had a large wonton soup, dumplings, and lettuce wraps⦠All of which were delicious.
Like most restaurants these days, it is difficult to find staff and the constant turnover is a challenge to both the patron and management. We had to wait for a table in a near-empty restaurant because there was only one server and that person had to clean the table, pour from the bar, and serve the food. And because this restaurant does a robust takeout/delivery trade, the other staff person that was there was taking care of that. All that said, the food was good and the waitperson could not have been nicer. You just have to pack your patience.
Beautiful restaurant, awful service. Never felt so unwelcome in a business in my life.We went to eat there because we love Chinese food, but we immediately noticed that the workers have an attitude. The bar tender told us to go to the other entrance, the hostess was busy with at least 10 delivery guys and didn’t pay attention to us and other customers that came to dine in. I went to the server and asked her to sit outside and she told us rudely to wait for the hostess. After the hostess came to us, we asked if we can sit outside and she immediately said no without explanations. We told her it’s freezing, and she went to ask the waitress if she can sit us outside. She came to tell us we can sit outside, but until she’ll bring the menus it’d take her 15 mins, because she has tables already and she’s busy. She wasn’t busy, and just stood there near the bar did nothing. There were 3 tables maximum that already were eating. We told the hostess that the reason they have 3stars on Google is because of the bad service , but she didn’t care and told us to wait the waitress. So we just left to Hutong, which is a nearby Chinese restaurant with better service. never ate there.
We waited over 10 min for a waiter. Food took forever to come out and when it did my sons food was missing. We’ve eaten at several Chang’s and this was by far the worst. No wonder why there where so many vacant tables. Don’t go!
Very delicious. Haven't been to this location in while, but when I came back recently, it was as awesome as always. Dana greeted me, welcomed me back, and gave me the best attention I have seen from a front of the house staff member. She offered me a nice sweet and sour chicken with some tasty BBQ ribs. Can't recommend this place enough.7 stars
Mother’s Day dinner. Very happy with this place.
tell the manager i don't come here to complain about food to eat for free, but i come to eat good food, if the kitchen is in trouble they are not making good food it's not my fault. I am a customer before he was the manager of this establishment and I always pay for consumption and I will pay for the mistake in the kitchen because it will not make me poor but I am already very sad about the situation, the manager Aaron is not fit for the position he occupies arrogant and the kitchen needs to improve, it's not the same kitchen anymore . I asked for one Combo Pad Thai … something different came .
The food was very good to other PF Chang locations I've been to. Dana was amazing! I took a look around and she was working multiple positions and doing a fantastic job. Not only was the service great, she had a wonderful attitude. She definitely deserves a raise!
The table was not cleaned and neither was the cubicle seating. Our waiter was nice and service attentive. Food arrived in good time, but was heavily over seasoned. If you enjoy Asian food, this will disappoint, but it’s ok for fast food and family/dog friendly ($89 for three dishes and drinks).
