Jose as always was great and he's training somebody that is also doing a great job by the name of Ricardo. The manager whose name I believe is Evelyn came and introduced herself to us. Asked us if we were having a good meal and made sure everything was prompt. It has been a really nice night since we actually went into the restaurant. So for those ordering online it's really a nice experience to have the food and the service out instead of ordering in. The great service made me realize that we've been ordering in way too much and though it is convenient, there's nothing like eating at the restaurant.
My family visited Outback for a early dinner. We were seated right away, even requesting to sit at the bar area so that we could watch the basketball game. We were served by Madison and let me tell you, I haven't felt so well taken care of by a waitress before. Besides her excellent attention, the food was exactly how it was ordered. The manager Karina, came to our table to greet us and to make sure we were having a great time, which we did. I will definitely come back with my family and I will ask to be served by Madison from now on.
Came at 5pm & had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. Inside was almost empty, I saw a lot of waiters but had to wait more than 35 minutes to get what we ordered. Food was good
Mauricio was awesome!His attention to detail was incredible.The Blooming' Onion was delicious but a bit greasy.Overall, we had a great time!
It was terrible..... The bartender's were wonderful... Food long wait.... Cooked wrong..... I love Outback..... But bow never again...
Jose was awesome!!!!! We had a NY strip and chicken. we sat outside and had a lovely time and was thoroughly impressed with his attention to little details including even the level of seasoning on my little girl’s food so she would enjoy it. Food came out fast and Jose and staff were courteous and attentive. All around awesome food and great experience and service!
We had the best experience tonight at this location! The bartender, Krystal was also our server and was awesome! Her drinks were refreshing, and she was very attentive despite also running the bar. Our food was also great! I ate every bite. Thank you outback for another great experience!!
Bartender Mauricio was great! Thanks for the special evening and customer care! Ribs were delicious and regular Mojito was superb!
I am Not writing the review for the food. I am writing the review because the service went above and beyond. I love when service is excellent and I think that when a person comes in smiling and just radiates positive energy it just makes the experience so much more enjoyable. My waitress tonight Jenny deserves some recognition, because she was such a good waitress I felt completely attended the whole night. Refills on point and her vibe was super welcoming and she is adorable. Loved the service ❤️
if you’re dining at this location, definitely ask for jenny if you want quality service! super sweet, young college student but don’t get it twisted because she is genuinely one of the most memorable and attentive servers! she made a simple night out a true experience. she recommended us the coconut shrimp appetizer, assuring us we’d love it (and if not, she would get us another appetizer or take it off the bill).. but WE LOVED IT! ask for jenny and the delicious coconut shrimp here at outback!
