Sunday at 2 pm and we didn't have to wait to be seated. Great and fast service, Judith A+. Food is as any other Italian franchise food restaurant so don't expect real Italian food. The good thing of these restaurants is that you don't get surprised, so if the service is good your experience is good too.
First time at this restaurant...The food was good but the service was slow, and mind you there were very few customers. The only think I did not like is that kids menu Spaghetti meatballs comes with 1 medium size meatball. The drinks were ok.

My experience at the Kendall location has always been phenomenal. However, my most recent experience was filled with unprofessionalism and poor lack of customer service. The waitress was rude from the beginning and had the nerve to roll her eyes after receiving her tip (which was not deserved). First off, no one is obligated to tip. However, as a waitress; you are obligated to provide a good dining experience was well as customer service. Why?! Because it’s your job and if you don’t like serving…then don’t work as one. Second, tips are earned. I didn’t get her name, all I know is that she seems to have a twin working there as well because they looked the same. I think it’s sad that such nice restaurants as is Olive Garden, get plagued with people like her who obviously are not happy showing up to work.
The waitress was extremely pleasant. This makes your dining experience so much more enjoyable. The basic all you can eat soup, salad and bread sticks is a bargain an delicious.
Rony was very attentive and his service was excellent. He showed that he knows the menu very well because all the dishes that he suggested I loved. I also recognize those who prepare the food because everything was delicious. I'll be back soon. Thank you everyone!!
We sat at our table at 7 pm and left at 9 pm. Very slow service the server did not pay attention to us. We put the call server and he walked ran like the flash right by us. We had to order from the tablet because the server did not come to our table. Me and my husband asked for candy for our family and we got four chocolate mint for our 10 family members our child was very sad she cried so much we needed to stop at Walgreens to get chocolate. Ps this was two days ago she still crying. My Spanish husband was sleeping in the restaurant because of the wait. The boxes don't work either, they were so broken the food fell out of the boxes and made chicken ravioli fetucinee. The day after my kids were still crying and i was stuck in the bathroom with something very brown. Bad experience never come back no discount for being lactose intolerant. I wanted to get the tour of italy because i like italy and i want to try the tour but it was canceled because of pandemic so now i will never try the italian tour
Take out staff was extremely nice and pleasant! Got my food rather quickly (at the exact time the app said it would be ready). All items were included (I.e. mints and cutlery). Definitely ordering from here again.
Haven't been in a while. Great service today. Our server (Disnardo) was excellent. He was very professional and kept the drinks on point. The food was fresh and with the right temperature. A great visit over all.
We live close by and go there often. The breadsticks are addictive and the food is very good for the price. We always have a great time.
