Astonishingly overpriced. My husband and I were staying here because I had a conference here, and since I was in a rush to eat breakfast before my first session, I thought, “how bad can it be if we just order something small à la carte?” After we finally succeeded at flagging down a waiter, he tried his best to sell us on the buffet for $38.00 a person. We said, “no thanks, just the Eggs Benedict” ($22.00 a person). What a lovelessly prepared dish. About a tablespoon of Hollandaise each. We would have been more satisfied with Egg McMuffins. Black coffee was $5.00. Even more shocking: tea was $7.00. Yes: a mug of boiling water and a tea bag. 18% gratuity was added automatically (for a place that charges that much, you’d think they’d be able to pay their employees a living wage). Avoid this place like the plague: the hotel is clearly trying to rip off a captive audience. The line at the Starbucks, the only place in the hotel selling coffee and vaguely breakfasty food for market rate prices, was 40 people long: that says something.
I asked for a cocktail as they were closing. The person poured a thimble-sized drink and then proceeded to add the 18% gratuity. I asked why it cost the silly amount I was charged. If they didn't want to make it or didn't care to, they should have said no. Instead, he argued that it was a standard size. Very poor service.
Sagrario newman is very accommodating feel like im home. Shes very nice and makes us happy very time she passed by at our table. I love her so much
Best service in Miami! My family had a great experience with delicious food and generous services. We got some good tips about local happenings from Ashae our wonderful server and received above and beyond service from Sagrario Newman too. We look forward to returning for a great breakfast buffet.
The breakfast buffet was nice, with plenty of options, but overall it's not worth the price in my opinion. Staff was friendly, and the service was good.
Walked to ¡Ole! for breakfast this morning from my hotel, it's conveniently located between the Wharf and North Beach. We arrived around 10am and waited only a minute or two before we were seated. The service was great and so was the food!
This is a breakfast only location but the staff and food is quite good for a hotel location Try to get William to serve you as he is excellent
Not sure why this place has such a low rating. Food was good. Pricey though.
Requested over-medium eggs at the omelette station and actually got over medium eggs ?. Impressive!
Terrible. $29 for instant eggs and frozen pastries.
