The cake? Delicious. I’ve been never disappointed by the flavors and freshness of their cakes.I’m putting one star because they don’t call to remind you for pick up, neither send you an email to notify that the order is ready. This is important to do, client order cakes for special moments. I placed an order a week before my mom’s birthday, and it happened that I forgot the pick up date and time, when I realized, the store was already closed. I was getting the cake to sing happy birthday far from Miami. We are supposed to leave this friday 05/20 and sing happy birthday in Marco Island the next day Saturday 05/21, but now I need to get a Publix cake. I know it is my fault for not remembering, but it’s their fault too. Bad customer service.

This place was recommended by a friend and I had not given them a chance until today, what a wonderful experience both in store and at home enjoying the cake!! So pretty as well! Will be coming back and recommending to others as well

Love this new location so close to home. Called ahead to make sure that they had the flavor and size that I was specifically looking for. They had a nice selection available. Went in and picked it up. Staff was very nice. They are a bit hidden so they need more signage and advertising.
