I just left this location after placing an online order the night before. Poor customer service. When I ordered the bundtinis it stated assorted as the only option. I decided to leave special instructions for only vanilla. This was a surprise for my son as he only likes vanilla. When I came to the store to pick up my order the lady that attended me wasn’t very pleasant. I asked if my special instructions were available and she said in a very unfriendly tone that “we don’t allow customization “ I told her that I had not seen that online. This might not be her fault however customer service is missed here. Plus if this business can’t customize a very common flavor then I will be ordering from another place. It is a waste to order 12 bundtinis and only get to have 1/3 of your order eaten. I typically don’t do one star reviews but I left this place very disappointed.
I cannot go in here without leaving with one of each of the minis. So delicious.
The cakes here are delicious, the customer service wasn’t the best. However, the young lady did say speak but very blunt, being that I was a first time customer and had to ask a few questions. It wouldn’t stop me from coming back, the cakes were very moist, taste was amazing and i bright three personals confetti, vanilla & carrot. You will not be disappointed and the price was reasonable.
My mother and I frequent this store alot. Between family orders and work. My mother's birthday was 11/11 she entered this store and requested her free birthday cake. She did not have her email available. ADRIANA attended her and was so rude. Even to the point of screaming at my mother. I went yesterday to retrieve her free cake and simply showed ADRIANA the email since she made such a seen the day prior. She Went on to giggle to her fellow workers that she was being harassed. No honey its common courtesy how you treat your customers. Bundt cake really needs to take a good look and observe when a worker is being disrespectful and out of line with a elderly customer. We wil not be returning to this location and submitting a complaint to corporate. All she had to do was pull her phone number and confirm in deed she was in their system. Very disappointing they allow this type of behavior. She was in store November 11,2021 her physical birthday.
We love this place, they make delicious cake and in your birthday you can get a small cake free please go there and you won't regret
I have only great things to say about Nothing Bundt Cakes. The store is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and offer excellent customer service. The bundt cakes are super moist and delicious!

Tried to purchase 2 dozen buntinis. They will not let customer select from flavor choices. They do not cater to custom orders-allergies or special restriction needs. Shame, as the customer should be able to select and you will lose business this way and attendant did not seem to care when told about a dietary restriction.
