Cozy, trendy eatery with decent service. Be aware of the incense stick burning inside the entrance near the table by the front door if you are allergic to fragrance or perfume smoke.Unfortunately, the shallow seafood paella was overly salty. But they were able to accommodate a shrimp allergy.Excellent charcoal oysters with Japanese broth, and excellent octopus carpaccio with garbanzo bean puree. Interesting cold tomato soup with Dijon ice cream. Clams are okay, nicely umami. They added bread to the order without checking with us. Great orange wine by the glass. Rich and chocolatey ganache dessert topped with crostini.I had mentioned my birthday on the Resy reservation but they didn't mention or celebrate. The bill does not include gratuity nor any pressure to tip so we left 20%. Definitely would recommend for a fun night out.

Amazing food where each classic dish got an updated creative spin. I'm writing this review a month later because I keep thinking of how good the meal was.Our server was friendly and made us feel casual and at ease, which made the fine dining feel accessible. We asked about 2 wines and he steered us to the right one to match our food -- we actually tasted the other one just to see and he was completely right.Every dish was on point. The oysters we incredible both ways they were served -- raw and charred. The tartare was elevated by its unique seasoning. The foie gras was effectively a dessert and was served last, which was memorable for me as I'm used to eating it first, but this totally worked. They really showed how risk leads to reward by adding an effective twist to each of these classics. A flawless experience.

Tasty, well done food at a pretty reasonable price for a very nice dinner out! The wines were excellent, and the wine list is great without being overwhelming, both bottles & by the glass.

I was recommended NIU by some locals while visiting miami and I’m glad we were able to get a reservation. Food was unique and delicious. Bronzino was some of the best I’ve ever had. Very nice wine selection as well. Staff was very kind and made excellent recommendations that made our dinner a great experience.

What a fantastic place! Great space, really nice & friendly service and delicious food. We had some apps, main courses, wine and dessert. All was wonderful! So nice to have a place like this in downtown Miami!

Excellent meal, great service. Host was very friendly, helped with wine selection who’s was perfect, and with our order selections. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Would return for sure. The Bronzino was amazing!

Food itself was excellent. What was extremely disappointing was portion sizes. $120+ per person (including wine) and we all left hungry. We actually went somewhere else afterwards to get more food. Everything was really tasty. But our server said we would have plenty (and even recommended to cut down on one of our appetizers). This was BEFORE we added an additional main. And we were still hungry at the end. Not really a good outcome. There’s a huge mismatch between price/quantity.

It's always great. The oysters are amazing flavored and the poached eggs with truffle oil are fantastic

It appeared to be super busy we did wait about 10 minutes to be grated by anyone. We had a fabulous server by the name of Romi. His suggestions were perfect. The charred oyster is unforgettable. The tombaquet had the most flavorful tomatoe spread anyone could ask for. The potatoes cream was also a hit with us. We ate so much! Everything was fabulous. Do yourself a favor and buy the kitchen a round when you check out. See you all soon. Much love to the kitchen.
