The food tasted average, the sushi tasted good, the service was average, don't know why they charged 20% of the service charge for the four of us? I asked which fat woman with glasses, she said it was down town, 20% will be charged for more than three people! ! ! I can't believe it, it's lunch! ! ! And the service isn't worth the 20% charge, I'm not happy to go to her and I'm not happy either. Won't be back again, nor recommend. . . The fat woman SCOLDEDcustomer before leaving, and the staff in the store scolded customers. Don't come to this store. They only want a 20% tip. If you don't give 20%, wait to be scolded.
It WAS a wonderful place, but I’m still confused about they charge 20% tips with no reason! I just want to say, tip is an option by every customer, not by the owner. And I was talking to our waitress Ms. Pamela, guess what? A F-word from her. After I choose 16% tip. She’s serious? In fact, she didn't provide any services, even no communication at all, but I still leave 16% to her, cause I worked in a restaurant, I understand how hard it is. That's her responded, so disappointed. I will never come back again
AVOID THIS PLACE. I have given this place more than enough chances but this place is AWFUL. Slowest workers on the planet even before the pandemic. You'll be in that line your whole lunch break. The staff is so complacent, unfriendly, now I'm ripped off. Spend your money elsewhere. (And old lady if you see this and see my picture you know who I am and know I've tried with y'all so don't even).
Japanese meal? Bad taste Bad service, Pamela? 20% tip for lunch because you didn't tip enough to scold guests? The service is not good, why can't you refuse to tip? I haven't seen any store that charges 20% tip at noon, This shop is too bad, won't go there again
I just tried their red curry for the first time, and that's my dish, I have that everywhere I go, and it was fantastic. The service was fast and good as well. This place is excellent.
We’ve been coming to Nikko for years and love the fresh sushi and rolls. Service is always friendly and welcoming. We recently had the chicken Thai fried rice and the following rolls: dragon, spicy tuna, Philadelphia, eel. All were sooooo good. I love adding the spicy Mayo to the Philly roll. Best sushi and wonderful family owners business.

Very impressed. Just came across this place while staying at the SLS Brickell. Had 2 rolls and they served it on a boat! Also had the lobster Pad Thai and it was delicious. Highly recommend.
Love this sushi restaurant. I've ben to it every time I visited Miami in the last few years. Very fairly priced. Good quality.
