Mikeisha was awesome! Great customer service and the food was very delicious also was very helpful with directions to our correct gate to catch our flight
I'm a big fan of Nathan's and this particular experience made my day. It had had been a long day at the airport with lots of canellations due to weather. When I approached my gate I noticed a Nathan's but unfortunately they were closing down. I noticee that there were still some dogs and fries left and I put my hands togther in a begging gesture and the staff gladly obliged to process one last order for me. A special thanks to Carriane and her assistant. They mafe my day.
They custom made my food the way I wanted it. Great customer service. Give them a raise ! Foods great
Stopped here between flights and the service was fine, but I had chicken sandwich with poor flavor and poor texture. The seating was missing most of the chairs, so we sat on our luggage. I'll look for something else next time.
Great service from cashier with ponytail, i love great Person very helpful. Also food was exceptional
Ordered a regular combo meal and cashier upgraded me to a large without my permission and charged me for it because “they ran out of regular sized cups”. Cashier refused to compensate. As other food places were limited and it was only an extra $1, I accepted it, but on principle this is wrong, cheap and untrustworthy.
Last week I finally went to Nathan's after eating their hotdogs in NY. That was then and this garbage is now!!! Terrible flavor dog, watery chilly. The french fries were average at best. What a disappointment. NEVER AGAIN. My tip to you STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
I asked the lady if she tried the fish sandwich and she said yes. I asked her if it would be a good catch lol and she said yes and only because i eat just fish so not to many options for me. It was absolutely nasty and doughy inside the crust was golden could had fooled ya until u taken a bite out of it dame no way. I was so hungry too. Well i won't be eating here anymore!
I should have returned them but took them to eat on my plane. Nathan's located in food court near D21 gate. Horrible dried wrinkled hot dogs. Ended up with stomach aches and diarrhea. Shameful this brand name is destroyed by this product. AVOID!
Limited options between hot dogs and sodas. The customer's do not receive friendly attention. The ladies who are serving are not the friendliest or the most attentive. But for someone just looking for an hot dog before a flight it is not a bad place.
