I went to Nathan’s in Mia airport and Simona gave me impeccable service!!! She made sure my fries were fresh and my hotdog was cook to perfection! She was also very sweet and made sure all her guests were happy and satisfied!! I’ll def be back!
The food was hot and fresh. The customer service was great. Normally you don’t experience that from a fast food place at the airport. Those ladies were great
Stranded at the airport and haven’t eaten for a day, Yvonne and Natasha checked in on me to see how they could help by whipping up anything I could eat to get me going after several more hours of waiting. Thanks to them both for hooking me up with hot food and good vibes. It
Thank you to cashier Kiera fun, engaging person to talk to & exceptional customer service & food was delicious. by the way Nathan’s needs to allow cashier getting tips on receipt that sucks that they can’t i really tried to leave cashier big tip.
Mikeisha took care of care us. She was very nice and friendly. We came a couple minutes before they got rid of breakfast so they didn't have much options but they were really nice about it.
Staff are nice people. Food was hot. Had a nice chat with the manager while we watched the rain. Whenever I fly to Miami, I’ll come through and get some food.
Mikeisha was awesome! Great customer service and the food was very delicious also was very helpful with directions to our correct gate to catch our flight
I'm a big fan of Nathan's and this particular experience made my day. It had had been a long day at the airport with lots of canellations due to weather. When I approached my gate I noticed a Nathan's but unfortunately they were closing down. I noticee that there were still some dogs and fries left and I put my hands togther in a begging gesture and the staff gladly obliged to process one last order for me. A special thanks to Carriane and her assistant. They mafe my day.
They custom made my food the way I wanted it. Great customer service. Give them a raise ! Foods great
God damnit Nathan, i am writing to tell you about my deep displeasure with your Chicago dog at Gate 9 concourse H in the Miami airport. That's not how you make a Chicago dog. Where is the atomic relish? The pickles were cut like pickles! If you are not going to make a Chicago dog like it's supposed to, then don't call it a Chicago Dog! It's like if I ordered a pizza and they brought me soup. I hope you rectify this gross error immediately! I shudder to think of a foreigner landing in America for the first time and tries their first Chicago dog at your fine restaurant here in Gate 9 concourse H of the Miami Airport and they leave thinking they ate a Chicago dog, when in fact, it was a cheap knock off.In conclusion, please send me free stuff.Yours truly,Johnny ChicagoReceipt # 1265
