If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought 4 beef Pattie’s from them and they were all spoiled and foul smelling. Inside of the patty was grey and slimmy. This is health hazard. Definitely do not recommend eating here.
If I can put zero stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I am a human being when I ask a question please find the decency in responding. Your Customer service needs to be better
Absolute horrible customer service - I will never come back again. I literally waited 45 minutes for a simple Pate and decided to leave .My best advice to any customer is to go somewhere else.
Sexism and favoritism shouldn’t be tolerated when you have customers on the line waiting for paid services. Many times I have seen the guy at the front desk provide patties to women, he flirts with, in a short period of time while other paying customers are waiting and are being served last. I hope the management addresses this situation so it doesn’t occurred anymore. Don’t collect people money, and let them sit while you keep serving other people. In my book, that’s flat out disrespectful.

Ridiculous service! I usually don’t do reviews but a couple of the employees have horrible customer service traits. To top it off they don’t pick up phone calls but have an active line how does that work?
I called and placed an order 20 minutes prior to my arrival and when I got there nothing was ready and I'm still here 30 minutes after ! When I called and made my order they didn't even get my name and that right there was a clue I was going to have a problem here smh . Never again . The woman up front is inconsiderate and has very bad customer service skills
They take long with the orders. Even if you call a hour early when you get there your patty still won’t be ready! This is not the first time they LITERALLY do this ALL the time! I don’t recommend they have horrible service.
The little man is very rude. It seems like They keep Nathalie name to run their business. This little man doesn’t know how to talk to people. Zero star for customer service and 1 star for the waiting. ?
