This place is NOT Mediterranean food. They are “wanna be” Mediterranean. Their eggplant spread (babbaganoush) is not babbaganoush as they claim it is. It has no flavor. Their falafel is frozen then refried to order. I have never seen rice in a Mediterranean restaurant the way they serve it. It almost looks and tastes like sushi rice.Their prices are WAY too high for what you’re served. I will not be going back.I will say the server was professional and nice. Not too attentive, but nice.
We've lived in Miami so long and I cannot believe we're just now stopping in to eat here after passing by it so many times! The hummus and gyros were delicious, baklava was a bit hard, but other than that we had a great lunch! Service was great too. Will definitely be back.
I hadn’t been to mykonos in many years. Went back today. They used to have excellent vegetarian mousaka and eggplant rolls. The cook was Nicaraguan. Today the mousaka had very little eggplant and very few potatoes. It was 99% frozen vegetables. The eggplant rolls were not rolls. The dish had very few pieces of eggplant and very little spinach. It was mostly melted cheese and sauce. 20$ each dish. The grape leaves were very good. This USED TO be the only place to get good vegetarian greek food.
Arrived at 9:04 website says open till 10pm. Went inside to place a Togo order lady standing behind the counter with no customers in the restaurant. Told me they were closed and not taking any orders. Said the kitchen closes at 9. So after asking why would they be open till ten if not taking orders after 9 shouldn’t they be closed at 10 ??? Well anyways no service during open hours refused to even entertain taking an order lost a potential customer for complete lack of service and just rude as though I was bothering her to take my order
Have always been intrigued when passing by this place, so finally gave ut a try. It has its own parking which is a plus. Mezze plate was good but everything else was subpar. The ac wasn't cooling, there was a fly, the table kept wobbling, the rest of the food was mediocre ... I am sure there are better Greek places than this in Miami if you are looking to eat Greek...
Average food (ordered vegetarian; so I cannot critic for the meats and seafood), overpriced $20 per dish, non aesthetic/poor presentation of the dishes, waiter never came back to check up on us and she never gave us our card w/ receipt back had to get it ourselves from another server. No ice for our water either. The restaurant also had no air conditioner. Man I feel bad for the cooks with how hot it is!
chicken Gyro platter and Greek Chicken lemon soup delicous. There salad dressing is fantastic
This place needs a revamp - it is dated, has a musty odor and the bathrooms are in dismal shape with need of repairs. The staff was far from friendly and attentive. The quality and portions of the food has gone down and the prices have increased.Had a terribly poor experience in January 2022, this was my last attempt at liking this place.
The portions are getting smaller and smaller. We ordered take away. Salty as hell the avgolemono soup. The year before you had bigger portions but this year, ridiculous. We used to go every month. Now it's not worth it anymore. Time for a change. Quality has changed for the worst. Shame on you!!!
Great food and service highly recommended
