I am not sure why this place thinks that having icecream in 91 degree weather is ok. Clean this up & bring out the tables and chairs.
First time I ever saw rolled ice cream. I liked the fact that you get 3 free toppings and 2 mixers. I also liked that their signature ice creams are really affordable and delicious especially the chocorilla. If you ever come by, give it a chance
They have the best boba tea I’ve ever tasted. It sucks how there only one person working, but he is quick
Great ice cream at a great price - and the bubble tea is good too! It was also great to watch them make the ice cream fresh in front of us. My wife's ice cream had fresh fruit on it, and mine had what I like - chocolate and candy.We really enjoyed our desserts!
Literally the best boba i have had totally recommend this place has awesome ice cream as well! now i've seen bad reviews because it take a bit long when there is people but you need to understand that most of the time there is only one employee working alone. this place is trying their best to keep us joyful with their amazing service, come in consideration of how good this place really is?
This place has very delicious looking ice cream rolls and waffles. Delicious and different tastes of bubble teas? I really like the environment inside the store. It is colorful and pictures of costumers and happy moments are on the walls ! Definitely recommend!
Showed up almost 25 minutes before they close and they literally looked me in the face and told me they were done then proceeded to turn down at least 7 other customers after me. 10 pm is already pretty early to be closing an ice cream shop in Miami, but the fact that 3 workers wouldn’t even serve a bunch of customers at 9:35-9:40 is pretty pathetic.
Unreliable and unprofessional.The icecream is great, but they’re never open. The schedule is basically a lie. I Finally managed to come in on a day they were actually “open”, after a week of being closed; they said were “open till 10pm” this day. I came in at 925pm, and was told “only teas, we close in the next 10minutes”. It’s a shame, I used to loveThis place. Will never return again.
I went in with my family and the Taro and strawberry tasted watered down and did not even taste like milk was added in the drink. When I asked the girl that made the drink she said there is no way she can fix the drink and that supposedly they ran out of sugar. Customer service was very poor and wouldn’t recommend to get your boba from here.
I really like their ice cream and tea but the past two times I've gone, they were closed when it said they were open when I checked on Google My Business. Mr. Cool Ice Cream is CONSTANTLY changing their hours on Google my business and they never have a consistent schedule. One day I check and it says they're open on Thursday and the next day it says they're closed on Thursday. I check to see if they're open on Saturday which they almost always are, and now all of a sudden they're closed on Saturday and open on Sunday? This inconsistency is unprofessional and unreliable. I have to flip a coin everytime I'm going to go because I never know if they'll actually be open. Please decide on your actual opening hours instead of changing your hours and days constantly on Google my business. It's normal if your hours change because of holidays but your hours and opening changing everyday is not normal.
