I had 2 burgers from here. They were no better than cafeteria food. The sweet potato fries were good. I had burgers at the Miami zoo earlier in the day that were WAY better AND cheaper if that tells you anything ?. How does anyone mess up a hamburger I’ll never know.I’m not a complainer. You can look at most of my reviews. I definitely won’t be back. Too bad for them as imma fat guy who loves to eat!
Absolute garbage , will not order again . Sloppy prep of Hamburger , Called the restaurant more than 5 times and no response. Very poor Service
Wow! Wow!Wow! This guy david ask me to enroll into mooyah rewards my first time here. Promised me the burgers and buns would melt in my mouth. Before I signed up. After they delivered our meal (party of 4) with 2 employee's I wash shook. After covid I thought service.had died with it. But these guys are on point. Fresh crispy fries. They all stood stiff as if they were inline at a parade.My cashier recommended double diablo was on point. (Cashier gave me the scoop on chalula..... Mooyah is where u need to be.P.s . the card david gave me for the rewards ask me to give him a shout out.Go david! Make sure david the manager is there hell make sure your burgers and meal are perfect.
Decided to try this place for the first time what a huge mistake. I ordered a chocolate shake cost me six dollars and it was a baby size shake I was horrified. Also pay $13 for a cheeseburger. So overpriced will never return should’ve just gone to McDonald’s.
Honestly, this restaurant should not be open for business. I’m shocked it’s not yet on the list of Dirty Dining restaurants. I’ve ordered 3 times through Uber Eats. The first two times it wasn’t such a big deal, because my burger was a bit undercooked but I just put it on the skillet when it arrived. However, the third and last time that I ordered from there, the burger was missing a great chunk of it, and the worst part is that they left the paper of the sliced cheese they put on the burger. I couldn’t even believe that they use run-of-the-mill sliced cheese on this expensive burger, and I definitely didn’t expect them to leave the paper on the cheese. I tried to call them and no one ever answers the phone there. Please save your money and definitely your appetite for a better burger establishment as this one is the lowest of the lowest .
My first time eating here , staff is super friendly, they made sure we was well taken care of and made sure we didn’t need anything . Hot burgers and PLENTY of fries that tasted AMAZING. When we was finished eating , the staff asked if they could take our trays out our way ! I loved my experience here and I will definitely be back soon !
First time here. The lady taking our order barely understood English and so misunderstood. Another lady came to help her and when I explained my order (replace drink with a shake) the lady rolled her eyes. This was what she did over and over. Two meals (no shake, it was such an issue ) $38!!! Wow!!! No wonder prices weren’t listed. Went to get a drink - tea! Nope! Empty. cherry coke! Nope only carbonation, Dr Pepper?! Flat. Well - without tasting the food -( I’m still waiting ) I’m thinking I should’ve went to chilis as I originally thought.
This place has sure went downhill since the last time I went here and the food was really good. From not watching your allergies, micro managing, rudeness being stingy on items.Fun fact, there's new employees every time due to how the manager treats them.Do yourself a favor, not too far away from here is a place called "Kegs South burgers"Trust me, it's a MILLION times better than this disaster.
The food looked really enticing from the pictures other customers posted. My husband and kids walked in and waited to the register for almost 8 min. And no one said a word to me about ordering. I gave up and walked out and told the customers behind me they walked out as well. There were only 3 people working there the girl on register was too busy doing fry and shakes. She wouldn't say a thing all 3 just would stare and went back to fixing food. Really disappointing because I wanted to try it out ? customer service was wayyyyyy offf! I'm going to Five Guys!
First time at a Mooyah and wont be the last. Food was fresh and service was great. Great burgers and fries and they even had gluten free options.
