Awful experience ordering from this restaurant. If I could leave a negative review I would. The manager does not understand what customer service is and has no experience in hospitality. The quality of food is awful. Do not order or dine at this establishment. It's a waste of money and bad experience.
I like this restaurant very much, but every time I go I seem to get the same server who takes the order and then spends time playing on his phone and not paying attention to whether I need water or anything else. On three occasions, his back has been turned to the kitchen while I have seen my food ready and waiting to be served. The food has then arrived cold. I don't want to get him in trouble, so I am not mentioning a name, but I do hope the manager sees this and mentions it to the wait staff. Because I do like the food, I intend to go one more time, but if I have my food just sitting there getting cold I will not return to the restaurant.
The food and service was excellent …except the host at the door . This young tall kid was picking at his nose during my entire lunch he was pulling, rolling, blowing, eating buggers. Disgusting ? touching the doors, napkins,silverware.
This place was a chill environment and the food was good. The service was average and the food didn’t take too long to show up. I’d recommend this place to anyone that likes Japanese and Thai food. It had lots of sushi and more.
Awesome place! We went for Mother’s Day celebration. No waiting, great food, fantastic cocktails (I had a lychee martini), and the prices are reasonable. I absolutely recommend!
Moon Thai has nice ambiance.My server was very attentive and kind. We ordered many little dishes so we can taste what the place has to offer. My kids ask for the Salmon so we decided that we will share one. We got the dumplings ? and sushi ? and they tasted good. In the other hand the salmon was burned we tried it but not sure if it was supposed to taste like that but not my favorite.?
Everything was 10/10 the server, the food was bussing, and the prices were actually really good as well! Also the restaurant has good ambience.
The bathroom are dirty, the food that I order came incomplete no soup today and they dont offer a substitute , no appetizer today. The cook is in a car accodent , no tooph pickThey shouldn't open at all
Our 2nd time there. Dioni remembered us and what we liked. He did a good job at at keeping us happy. We had red curry chicken and panang curry chicken. ...we brought home an extra panang curry chicken. We thought was THAT goodThe menu has a wonderful selection of sushi with just standard rice rolls to works of art. Tables near us had some amazing platers served to them. We will be back there soon.
Service was good but when order came it was wrong!I’ve been coming here for years and have consistently ordered the Lobster Bomb-a $34 roll…we’ll very disappointed this looked pr tasted nothing like it…no lobster , it looked fried in a batter…when questioned waiter and manager took to the chef…they insisted it was the Lobster Bomb….They must have changed Itakae or need one!
