Great place, staff super friendly, good made to order. I suggest you getting your food made to order, just fresher that way.
While staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean, the food is not that good. It lacks a lot of flavor. The rice, beans, and meats are incredibly under seasoned. I also don’t like how they put your bowl together in compartments.Overall I would not get this again based on the quality severely lacking.
Food is good. I appreciate the Tofu option. I didn't give a high rating because the food is typically good. For some reason it taste burnt and the worker seemed unphased by the fly landing on the food. Why isn't it a practice to cover the colder items? That is why I don't go to Subway.
My family and I will not be going back here. We have been loyal regulars for over 8 years and have dealt with the ups and downs with this restaurant but it’s gotten to the point we’re out of 5 times you go 4 are a bad experience if it’s not that what you want to eat is out of stock it’s the burrito falling apart from staff not draining properly the meats of veggies. But the straw that breaks the camels back is the fact that I was called by the manager and said thanks for your feedback and your loyalty to us and no apology for the terrible experience! WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING LOYAL TO A COMPANY THAT IS NOT LOYAL TO ITS CUSTOMERS YOU WILL NOT GET ONE MORE PENNY OR RECOMMENDATION FROM US.
I should have taken photos. Trash cans were overflowing, garbage on several tables, open eating by the staff behind the counter. Just saying. They were all nice though, food is consistent to what I remember and better priced than the citrus labeled restaurant near by. Will not be dinning in for a bit.
Great fast food for lunch! We usually do the online ordering, which tends to be the most consistent online ordering interface for any restaurant in the area.
$13. for a steak bowl? My last time going there. Go to Chipotle which is 10 minutes away. It's cheaper and flavorful.
Stopped by for a quick bite and Ramiro the manager, and the staff greeted me with a warm welcome, as it was my first time being at a Moe’s. My order was taken in no time and everything tasted deliciously fresh! Customer service and attention to detail were great. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

First time eating Moe’s Southwest Grill. The food was amazing. Really impressed with the flavours, the portion size, the ingredients, the presentation and the price. We had a salad with white chicken and another salad with adobo chicken. Everything was fresh. The inside of the restaurant, where I picked up my order, was not so great. It smelled like frying oil, there were boxes cut open ready for the trash, and the bathrooms were dirty.
