good gyros, just sometimes you gotta wait longer than expected but for fast food still good taste!!
We are from Texas and stopped at Miami Grill on our way back home. Everything was clean and the food was DELICIOUS and very generous in size. We got to meet the owner Louie who made the experience for us! He was so kind to our 4 little kids and gave them each an ice cream. He knew we were traveling far and sent us off with a Miami Grill cup filled with balloons for the kids. He made us feel like family. We plan to come back to eat Miami grill and visit Louie every time we visit our family here from now on.
their food is not bad. they usually follow instructions well. my issue with them is that the hours posted is not correct. i went one night a little after 11pm & they were already closed. the times posted on their door said 1am
For fast food the quality is excellent & always above & beyond customer service. They have a great manager always friendly. For the price you can't beat it. Only thing if someone wanted to complain which I don't is their wings prices but trust this is a great fast food spot.
Just drove through. Ordered a simple hot dog combo with mustard and onion. At the pickup window, I ask again was mustard and onion on the hot dog. The employee said yes. I leave and open the container, a small amount of mustard and NO onion. Such a simple order and they were unable to get it right. This was my first and last visit.
I just placed an order through Door Dash to pick up, and the app said "do not go through the Drive-thru to pick up the order before 11 pm". So, since I live close I went walking to pick up my order. The employees did not open the door for me for any means; so I had to go home and get my car to use the Drive-thru. By the time I arrived to the window, my sandwich have been there for more than 1 hr. They had to make me a fresh and hot meal. These people can close the restaurant door if they want to...but please, open the door for someone that is WALKING to pick up the food! Is Commonsense! Bad service!
I got the kids meal and it was pretty good except that the burger didn't have any lettuce or tomatoes or anything, it was just two breads and the patty. I'm not sure if I misread or if they forgot. But it was good either way, the kids meal is about 7 dollars and it comes with a cookie, a burger, fries, and a drink. I just tried the cookie and it's delicious!!!and soft I'll probably go back just for another cookie ???
So I just wanted to say to the gentleman in the drive through that literally just took my order.... YOU MADE MY DAY with being so kind. A lot of people haven't been the kindest since I moved down to Miami for school. You sir just made my day I've been smiling the past 10 minutes since. Also yalls fries are killer. 10/10. Going to try my gyro now.Thank you again!!! ?

We came to eat here today for the first time, we live in Battle Creek Michigan & came for a mini vacation! Miami grill is an Awesome place the staff was very kind, the service was great, & very clean environment! The manager James was very nice! Thank you, Store #137 we will be back in the future the food was awesome! ?
