This place is legit. Excellent pollo en mole. Guacamole is great too. Solid vegetarian options. There can be a long line to get in but it generally moves quickly. Worth the wait.
Great authentic Mexican restaurant. Came here on a friend’s recommendation and had some delicious food. Plenty of street parking. We came on a Saturday night and it was only a short wait. There’s an extensive menu. We tried 3 different types of tacos and also the carne asada. All turned out really well. They don’t skimp on the taco filings. The place is kid friendly. There were quite a few kids there and there were high chairs provided. There’s also a little bakery inside selling Mexican pastries!
I hate to say it, but my more recent experiences of Mexican food were beginning to make me think that it's not for me, but this restaurant has restored my faith in Mexican cuisine. We had the fajitas, but other people's orders looked very interesting as well. We were sat next to the serving hatch, so could see the orders coming out, as well as into the kitchen. Lovely atmosphere as well, with family groups. The is also a comprehensive bakery attached to the restaurant. My wife said that the frozen margarita was the Bert of our 3 week trip. We had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Visited May 6th 2022.
As mexican I can tell you that it's one of the closest to authentic Mexican food. Like it a lot. Also love the items that the lady sells in the restaurant. Jewelry, bags, etc handcrafted in Mexico at extremely good prices! The prices for the food are also very reasonable. I ordered Alambre with corn soft tortillas and rice pudding.Busy place, relax family atmosphere
The service was lovely. The food was delicious! You can taste the fresh ingredients. Well done! Ill be back during my next trip to Miami!
The food is amazing
Authentic Mexican taqueria, but as inexpensive as it comes. Their guac and pico de Gallo is good, and their portions are huge, prices small, and the waitresses are quick and helpful. I tried their combo #3, and I had enough leftovers for another full meal and then some! My friend also enjoyed the soft chicken tacos...
Best mexican food I had in Miami. Everything was fresh and delicious and affordable. Good portions. Friendly servers that speaks English as well. My favorite is the shrimp ceviche with pico de gallo with fried taco and a little guacamole. It's so so good and I'm still thinking about the flavor as I'm writing this review. I have to go back and get more guacamole next time. The combo 1 was a very good deal. It came with 6 different tacos and each taste so different. I'm definitely coming back again!
I have been going to El rinconsito Mexicano for about 11 years and it has always been good.Delicious tostadas!
