We went but it was full and could not eat because of the long queue. It was a two hour waiting time. So I deduce that it has to be very good.
When we got there we ordered the drinks I ordered water but never got it had to asked for it again.....we ordered appetizers and a huge storm with hale and everything stopped the kitchen?? Ok so finally got the appetizers and wow they were really good so my mood is changing the we ordered the carne en vara para 4 and I was pleasantly surprised the meats were flavorful and soft the fried yuca was nice and crunchy....then I tried my friends arepa and it was delicious. Definitely will be coming back and will bring friends......by the way nice cold beers......the service did started slow and got better later I also wished they explain that the food and drinks bill is separate......
Great environment and excellent Venezuelan food. Customer service is great.I recommend to anyone that is visiting around Everglades.
Super en calidad limpieza y trato con los comensales
Very hot and stuffy. Need to install fans under the canopy. Also poor service. Our waitress started eating during our meal and forgot about us that we needed to go to her to get her attention. Food was good but the arepa was way too thin though the meat inside was excellent.
The only thing about this place is that the atmosphere was good. We waited 2 hours for our food & we only ordered 2 meals! The food was just ok. Hubby actually got sick from it. The waiter never came to us to ask if we wanted water, or anything for that matter. Then became annoyed when we asked about our food order! Terrible service! A bucket of 6 beers $32.Chico’s park $20/kid, was great. Def kept our kiddo entertained for a while and lightened our mood from the awfulness of our waiter. The music was great. We won’t be going back
I don't know if we just happen to go on a bad day but we ended up waiting an hour for one simple appetizer. To make matters worse, they ran out of tequeños and they gave us fried yuca on our appetizer but didn't tell us about it until they brought it out.The atmosphere is nice and they had live music however, if it took one hour to bring out a simple appetizer I don't know how long it's going to take to bring out a full meal.
The atmosphere is very nice folkloric music from venezuela and a family orientated crowd. However the food and menu was confusing and very expensive. When approached by waiter we felt rushed and she explained little about choices since we are not familiar with food from Venezuela. We made several selections from the menu and she told us they had no more. The waiter was trying to sell us the more expensive choices which were more than 100.00 USD.We choose the smoked half chicken at 20.00 dollars and it was not fully cooked and the side dishes were ok.My daughter had the chicken beef and pork rib combination it was also undercooked and lacked flavor. This was 60.00 .In the future I may return for drinks and entertainment, but will take a pass on food consumption.
