The best place to find anything you need steak, seafood, pork, BBQ related. You name it, they probably have it. I went into the Pinecrest location looking for something to make for dinner and Carlos helped me out. He was so patient with showing me different cuts of meat and showing me how I can cook them. The meat is TOP quality. Better than any of the other meat shops down the road I’ve tried from. They’ve got seasoning that make the cooking process easier for you. They have the BIGGEST shrimp you’ve ever seen. It’s crazy. This place makes you feel like you’re at home and you leave feeling confident about what you’re gonna cook. Had the pleasure of talking to Javier and ended up learning more about meats than I ever thought I'd know. Real honest down to earth guy, and was happy with my purchase. Got done prime chuck, a NY strip, an A5 Japanese Wagyu Picanha and a Wagyu Angus Picanha. You can tell the quality in each of them

I ordered a suckling pig and prime Packer brisket from these folks and they were delivered still frozen. the pig looks great as does the brisket.
Quality of meat is lower than they advertise. Bms 8-9 is more like choice grade.
Ordered a ham from them on Wednesday night, got a call from them on Thursday morning that it was ready for pickup at the Pinecrest location (I am local in Miami, where their stores are). Went to the location and was greeted warmly by Andres. He quickly brought my order (packaged nicely in a branded, insulated bag) and also offered a brief overview of the shop and its offerings (since this was my first purchase from them). They carry (or can obtain by special order) a number of uncommon cuts and products, so any foodies our there would do well do cultivate a relationship with these folks. I look forward to becoming a more frequent customer of theirs, as my first experience with them was pleasantly impressive and has made me want to go back. This is miles away from the level of attention and service at the typical supermarket (where, more often than not, trying to speak with someone from the meat department seems like you're inconveniencing them by doing so).
I love that they opened a new Meat and Bone close to my home. All there meats are always fresh and the highest quality.
Ordered a beef wagyu picanha and received it with not a complete fat cap. I wanted to cut steaks from the cut but would mean that one of the steaks would have zero fat cap on it which is unacceptable for picanha. Customer service gave me 10% off my next order and that was it!
