Highly recommended, high quality meats, service is on point, the food is really good. I like buying meats here but also enjoy coming to the restaurant very often. Thank you Juan Morales for always offering us a great dinner experience.
I ordered some game sausage, game steaks, and tuna from Meat N Bone and had it delivered to Colorado. The order was packed nicely but showed up most unthawed. Also their frozen tuna is carbon monoxide treated which to me is a sign of cheap meat. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you want high quality sushi grade tuna. Also if you plan to have it shipped outside of their local zone, just realize you run the risk of getting unthawed meat. The Company takes no responsibility for delayed shipments.
Omg! This cut is beautiful. Nice marbling, held seasoning well. I purchased the 3-4lb picanha cut. Seasoned with course salt, garlic and black pepper and let it sit for an hour. Clarified some butter and cut chunks about 3/4 inch thick.

After reading reviews of Meat N Bone describing experiences similar to my own I decided to share my recent order experience with Meat N Bone. I will say to begin with that the business and it’s customer service is very good. From ordering to expedited shipping execution. That said I received an unacceptable example of a Wagyu/Angus Boneless Rib Roast. Upon, on time delivery, I opened the box to find my roast unsealed and freezer burned. Frozen solid but packaged improperly. I contacted CS immediately provided the information and pictures requested. I asked for a full refund and I was told there is nothing wrong but provided a 25% refund.I immediately scrambled for plan B and ordered a 4 bone 45 day dry aged hand selected rib roast from debraga. I smoked both roasts and did a blind taste test for 9 people. The result is I am not ordering from Meat N Bone again. The risk of jeopardizing a nearly $500 order for a family dinner is too great.
Hands down the absolute best customer service of any business that I have ever dealt with. I am not saying this because they answered an email or phone call but they will bend over backwards to take care of you.This is my third time ordering fr them online and I can honestly say that unless a local butcher opened in the greater Jacksonville area and started selling wagyu picanha and iberico pork there is not another specialty meat butcher that I would use.Thanks to the team.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Had bought thousands of dollars of meat from them. One order was for over 2k. Lately I found thier meat fatty and overpriced. Bought 2 boneless lambs that were one quarter fat and tasted terrible. Threw the meat out! Ruined the whole party! One person contacted me from the company and offered to give me credit on one half of 1 of the lambs which I paid almost 20 dollars a pound. Found a butcher that PROFESSIONALLY cuts thier meat right and was only 8 dollars a pound. I smoked the lamb with the same rub, temperature and wood like I always do.. it came out incredible! Dont let them post thier generic reply on this one... that I never bought from them. Beware... stay away from Meat N Bone! Going to try Wild Fork Foods also.. they have excellent ratings.
Second year in a row, I entrusted Meat & Bone with providing us a fresh Turkey out of State. They delivered again, bird was delicious. Arrived when they said it would, and I added some extras that turned out fantastic as well. Ordered whole chicken that could not have been any tastier and the Boar Sausage with chiles were amazing , even used them in the turkey stuffing. Thanks again.
Ordered couple of cuts at a very premium price online.The cuts delivered with vacuum packaging completely unsealed, clearly not sealed properly, and thus has ice crystals all around the meat.When cooked the meat has very bad texture and no flavor.Very, very disappointed. Much worse than the prime beef you can buy at local supermarket at 1/3 the cost.Worst part is the seller does not stand behind their product. They refuse to issue full refund nor replacement. Instead they insulted me by forcing a 15% refund and never hear back from them again.I would not recommend this seller.
