I used to love this pizza but my last three orders have been a disaster. I was trying to give them a chance since one bad order could happen but thats it…I decided to write a review and warn you about it. Check your pizza at the door…just last night we got one completely burn and cold. Look at the picture, it was with onions and pineapples. So, be careful when ordering from this place .
They mail a coupon to my houseI try to use it online and I can'tI call the store to use it they can't ring it up the coupon doesn't work its expired I say I just got it in the mail it expires on 5/31/22 GUY CALLED ME A LIAR, thenAll of sudden the guy can't speak English, they have no one that speaks English and they hang up. Called for 20 minutes before someone answers in English, they realized it was me, no more EnglishMy friend orders in Spanish the coupon is only online, we say how its not working, lady said its our problem hung up on us. Went to the store showed them the PHYSICAL COUPONTHEY REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR OWN CORPORATE PROMOTIONTHEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THEIR COUPON
We love this pizza, it's the best chain pizza restaurant. Prices are great, especially if ordering one of the specials. Online ordering is easy, and it's ready pretty quickly.
Good pizza, but lately the quality seems to be going down..Looks like they use different pepperoni different from when I started to go to them. I really hope the quality comes back.
Excellent pizzas, fair prices and very good service , always order to pick up and usually is ready in 15 minutes.
I have been ordering Marcos pizza since I moved into the neighborhood, I have recommended everyone to this Marcos on 147th and have told everyone how great they are. Until this past Thursday. I ordered two small pizzas around 7:00pm, the Spanish lady on the phone extremely rude and quick to end the call. Around 8:15 I noticed that we have not received our pizzas. We called and the english speaking lady had no idea about our order, she kept asking us for the name that was on the credit card, (Which was never given to begin with). She asked for my name, the number the address everything and still could not find our order. She then put us on hold for 15 min to find the other lady (the one that took our order) and she repeated my address back to me and then asked me what I wanted to order... After I explained to her that I placed an order over an hour ago and it was already charged to my credit card...She then began to give me the run around, could not answer my question about where my order was. Had me AGAIN on hold for over 15 min...I eventually hung up because it was pointless to speak to anyone there. at 8:45pm the driver calls me to tell me tha the ladies have given him the wrong address and that he has been trying to contact us for over 30 min.. WHICH WAS A LIE he called me once and hung up and I had to call him back 3 times in order for him to answer me.We did not get our pizza until almost 9:30pm at night. THE DRIVER HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK for a tip... And when we called to place a complain that our food was cold and over an hour late. Their response was " We can make a new pizza and send it over". I would have gotten that pizza maybe Sunday afternoon with the day those workers were Thursday.NO customer service AT ALL. Extremely rude and lost.They have lost a loyal customer, I will never order from them again.Also not to mention I live right behind this location. I could not drive to pick it up myself because I am pregnant and on bed rest.HORRIBLE SERVICE from them.
I love marcos but I tried to order for delivery and was told I'm too far away. I google maped my location and I'm just 6 miles away. How is that too far away? Very disappointed.
My favorite pizza place, I just wish it was closer to my house (Cutler Bay). Pizza is always fresh, and the old style pepperoni takes this place above the rest ?. So please Marcos Pizza can you open more locations down south? Thanks ?
My family has trusted this particular place on Miller Dr and 147 ave for years and we always enjoyed their thin crust Garden pizza. But last Monday we got two large pizzas and we noticed that both were barely warm and less tasty than usual. Half an hour after finishing the pizzas came the consequences - acute stomach ache and diarrhea for the whole family. We think the tomato paste was old or there was too much of it. Whatever the cause, it will be a long time until we return there, if ever. :(
