The best Greek food I ever had. Came all the way from NY to experience the wonderful interior patio seating, friendliest staff and amazing food.Staff greet you with smile and servers answer any questions and make good recommendation. Food themselves are exceptional.If I ever visit Florida again, I'll definitely make a trip here again.
Everything was very fresh and tasty. Excellent octopus! Halloumi and cherry tomatoes: so simple and so great. I also had a very refreshing rose sangria! Make sure to sit near a misting fan in order to have a pleasant lunch, specially in a hot day.
Great experience the ambience really fells like we r in Greece/Turkey they really got that down. Food was Amazing so many different flavors, thanks to our waiter Amed with the great suggestions for us and also Michael greeting us and made everything feel so smoothly. Overall a Great Bistro. Will definitely go back again. Their service was very good . There is a Valet Parking less than a block away south from the bistro for $10. Will recommend to do a reservation as people were waiting way before it even opened. That by itself tells you how good the food is. ??
A restaurant with a great ambiance tucked inside a small house near the design district. The food was great, with a focus on seafood and greek appetizers (cheese and octopus are highly recommended). The pie for dessert was also amazing! A bit pricey but you must try this Greek delicacy if you're in town.
Good to average Aegean food in a fun & cute environment. Great drinks. Nice attentive service. Food wise, nothing will be very special or memorable but having been there might be.
we are a family of 5 knowing Greece and its cuisine well. we found this restaurant on TripAdvisor and what a pleasant surprise. a pleasant setting, excellent service, and of course a really good Greek food which made us happy to travel to Greece while being in Miami. thank you also to the restaurant leader who found us a table without reservation. f you're in Miami and looking for Greece vibes and delicious mediterranean food? Look no further than Mandolin. You'll notice the blue door and beautiful flowers against the white building which immediately makes you feel like you are in Greece. The service is superb, from the check in process to the servers, everything was excellent. We went with a group of 5 for Sunday brunch. We ordered a few things for the table to share. Everything we had was incredibly delicious. Started with the grilled halloumi. Delicious grilled cheese, served with cherry tomatoes. Next up we had the stuffed zucchini with garlic yogurt & tomato sauce- YUM! We also ordered the grilled sirloin meatballs and the spicy mandolin kebab- WOW! Finished off with a traditional Turkish coffee. Can't wait to go back and bring our friends. Side note- they do not have spirits/cocktails. Only wine & beer, but a delicious selection of Rosé, perfect for summer.
Fantastic experience at this restaurant. Server was phenomenal, gave great recommendations and food was amazing. Plenty of vegetarian options. Loved the variety of flavor profiles and textures! Ordered the sangria and watermelon mint cocktail and both were delicious. Extremely popular spot so consider booking a table in advance.
I can't keep saying, "this is one of my favorite places in Miami," BUT this is one of my favorite places in Miami. My wife and I are 'foodies' and this is the best Turkish / Greek food we've had in the USA.The complete menu is crafted from the most select spices and ingredients to create the perfect dish. Even the appetizer had more thought put towards the dish than most restaurants you'll enjoy at home.We like to order seafood when available and we're convinced the whole Sea bass was the best fish either of us had ever tasted. My Golden Tile Fish was a 5-star meal itself but still couldn't touch the Sra bass.Please get every step of the meal (appetizer, salad, main and dessert), you'll talk about it for weeks!
Always happy to eat in such a good place, nice atmosphera, very good service and high food quality; I can not go to Miami without eating in Mandolin!
