I went to eat here last night and let me begin with the service. The waitress had an attitude from the start and had a mean look on her face the entire night. It took her about 15 minutes to come and take our orders and then another 10 for the drinks to come out. We started with the Deditos de queso and they were pretty good but that’s where the good food ends. I ordered the Arepa with Shredded Beef and my girlfriend got the Chicken and Steak Quesadillas and we both had ordered guacamole to come with it and were charged extra. Keep in mind there’s only 2 other people dining inside at the same time as us so you would think the service would be a lot quicker right? Yeah no. 30 minutes later (at this point we’ve been sitting at the table almost an hour) the food finally comes out and the Arepa I had ordered was extremely dry and TOUGH and all the food was extremely greasy and bland same goes for the quesadillas. Oh and the guacamole we ordered? They had forgot about it but then brought out a pre packaged container of guac for the both of us. I kindly returned the Guac as I told the waitress I had no idea it would be coming from a regular store bought container as opposed to being made in house as I had assumed initially. I took 2 bites out of the arepa before making the decision of leaving it completely and informed the waitress as well, she didn’t seem to care nor ask if there was something else I’d like instead, also she didn’t even remove the guacamole from the bill nor the arepa but I didn’t even feel like putting up a fight with her as I was trying to leave that place as soon as possible. It’s sad because 2-3 years ago this place was actually really decent and to see that this is what they’ve become is truly disappointing. I will NEVER be returning here ever again.
I came to eat over the weekend and the music was so good! Whoever had the aux on Sunday, shout out to you. The food was great. The dresser was delicious. The staff attentive and friendly. Thank you Los Verdes!
I’ve been coming here for 4 years and I always get attended by juan and he always takes amazing care of us. Service is always friendly and fast and he makes it an enjoying experience each and every time. Will keep coming back aslong as he is there because his service is exceptional! ask for juan u will not regret the service and attention.
Have been coming to this location for years. Juan’s service is always 5 stars. Always greeting us as soon as we walk in the door and taking such good care of us! The food is always hot and on point.

Attention to the client was horrible. We got there at 4:15pm on 03/12/22 they didn't even say hi even after looking at us. We waited for 10 minutes and not a single word to us. Then a group of 6 persons comes in and she said good afternoon I will be with you in a minute. And that's exactly what happened she went with them and ignored us completely. Really disappointed since we used to loved this place when we come at night and the services was 100 times better.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Ordered via uber eats the app said there was a wait time of about 45 minutes which we thought was long, but it was a Saturday night and we understand they get a little busy….what we where not expecting was 2 HOURS to go by and we still hadn’t received our food all the drivers where canceling because they would show up and the food wasn’t ready 4 drivers canceled. I would try to get a hold of the restaurant and no one would pick up. Terrible experience
Nothing compared to the one in coralway . I placed an order for pickup . The quesadilla , was missing sauces ... i ordered 2 maicitos and HORRIBLE ...NO CHEESE ...NO SAUCES .... not ordering from this kendal location ever again.
