Great restaurant. I've been here a couple times and it's always a good decision. Food is always great and the waiter was super sweet and attentive. I had a large party and they were very fast to sit us.
The food was extremely greasy, and while the staff was really nice, I felt like we could have had more customer service. The food came out cold, and other people in our party had to send back their steak because it was literally raw, even though they ordered it well done. Took forever to get it back. Everyone else had finished eating.by then. Not going back, prices are too high, food is subpar.
Steak was perfect. Wonderful service from our server Albert. The manager went above and beyond helping clear tables and speaking to customers. Very friendly man who automatically took sides we disliked off our check when we didn't eat them, no need to ask. I consider that very courteous and observant. The staff here are on point and it's obvious they have a good leader to help guide them.
I met a friend for lunch and we chose this place because it was close to her appointments. And it was a great choice. The host was very welcoming and they had great reasonable choices of lunch specials. This is now our second time here. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the booths were very comfortable as well. We stayed for awhile after we finished our meal and we were not rushed to leave. Great friendly staff. I will definitely be back again.
Was sat at noon with the dinner menu. We asked if they did away with the lunch menu? The waitress replied Oh you want the lunch menu I'll be right back. And someone brought us lunch menus I ordered my favorite a chicken sandwich and side salad it was about 8.95 and also was served with warm bread and butter. The food was good service was average at best.
It was great when you have to wait to be seated they tell you that they will call you but they don't actually call you they text you so you have to pay attention because I received the text and didn't notice so other got seeded before us so the wait was much longer for us

This place has improved over time. It's nice to have a place close to home to get a good meal at affordable prices. Nice appetizers and some decent cuts. Service is always good even now when restaurants are suffering from a lack of staff. Wait isn't usually long but I usually go during the week.
There was a little mishap with the online waiting list, but the manager Letitia asked us if we were being helped and sat us immediately. We were probably waiting about 30 minutes which wasn't so terrible for a Sunday night. She offered us 2 free appetizers for our troubles. Lourdes was our server and she was AWESOME! Very attentive and made sure to check on us frequently. The food was great! Everything was fresh and hot. Steaks were cooked how we asked for with the exception of one (we ordered 5) that was a little more rare than we asked, but my hubby had no issues eating it. I didnt have high hopes coming in because this is a chain restaurant. My son picked it as his birthday dinner. I was very happy with the service and food and will gladly return for a night out with the kids. Thank you Lourdes and Letitia!
Our server was good, once he got to our table. They are short staffed and that makes your waiting time longer than usual. Manager was great, he took care of our table after the long wait and slow service. Overall was good.
