Horrible! Don’t waste your time or money! These people are not what they used to be, at 8:30 pm the place was super dark and didn’t smell good AT ALL - the ice cream tasted really bad and all clumps! Horrible customer service as well, the girl that was there didn’t speak a word!!

I've been to this place several times already. Most of the time I order the TO GO size which is the 32oz that is worth $9.99. I went again today asked for the 32oz again and when I receive my order I immediately notice the container is not even close to the size of the 32oz I asked the guy that gave me my order which is the same that charged me for my order and he tells me that have reduced the size of the container that it comes smaller now which he should have said in the beginning. As soon as I came home I put it in the scale and it's weighing around 15oz but they're still charging the price of the 32oz but giving customers less than half the amount of product which is extremely dishonest.
Do not recommend. Terrible service from employees. I got my ice cream completely melted and when they saw my reaction they asked to refreeze it which made it hard and taste like dip and dots. Second time here and again disappointed. Additionally they’re always “out of waffles.” They also always close way before their stated closing times. Today they closed until 10 and at 9:20 they were already turning customers away. Never coming back.
Very slow service. 1 person working and he worked incredibly slow. Took more than 5 minutes to make 1 ice cream. So for a family of 4 we waited over 20 minutes for our ice cream and there was no one waiting in line. The ice cream was clumpy. It was not creamy. The flavor was not good. And the cleanliness of the ice cream and toppings area was very dirty. I'm not going back.
First time going and it’s very good coustemers treat me well and the ice cream is soo good recommend for sure

Google says 11PM, your door says 12AM. I got here at 10:30PM. Today is Saturday. Drove all the way over here to be told that I cannot sit down and eat my ice cream. I purchased my kid an ice cream because I promised him one and left. I will never come back. Horrible service. Horrible business practices. Do not recommend.
