Food is very good but they are bad at doing orders several times I get a certain flavor and they just bring out regular lemon pepper.. slow service as well
The food was really good. Unfortunately, I can't give a good review due to the customer service being HORRIBLE. The young lady at the counter had an attitude as if she didn't want to be there. She said she was hot. She didn't make eye contact and she hardly responded when spoken to. The young lady in the back had a mouth that shouldn't be used in front of customers. She was cursing and had no concern as to how she carried herself in a place of business.
Food was great. I had that whole snapper. The rice and fries for sides was a weird combination for me however it did not take from the overall experience. That yellow rice though, so damn good it needs its own sentence! I went late night just before closing. There was a young lady outside taking orders in front of the big menu and cars parked up front. (It looked unprofessional) My first thought was this was going to take forever or they may be closed. However service was precise and expedient. I was there no more than 7mins waiting. My only gripe - they need better signage that let's ppl know they're open so I don't keep passing by late night thinking they're closed. Good service excellent food, especially for 12a.m.
I came in for a price of $9.99 for some chicken. But then I’m informed prices are suppose to be going up. But no signs.. just Word of mouth. No advertisement stating anything. That is very unprofessional and for this. I will no longer support and or have my family members support. We eat at this place at least 3-4x’s a week. Now you do the Math. I’ll go snappers who don’t mind going over and beyond for there Customer’s!
Today was my second time ordering from Lemon Peppers. The first time we ordered, the family was very pleased with the food! Good presentation, taste, and quality.This time, it was a completly different experience! It was like we placed an order from an entirely different restaurant! One of the platters had over-cooked shrimp (rubbbery) and bite-sized chicken wings. Like seriously, I've never seen chicken wings this small ever in my life! On another platter, there were the same over-cooked shrimp, and out of the 3 chicken tenders, one was the size of a thumb (The other two pieces were decent sized).Another inconsitency worth noting... the first time we ordered, the food had a nice lemon-lime seasoning sprinkled on top, and the plates included sides of cole slaw. This time, there wasn't ANY seasoning, and no cole slaw!Not sure if we'll take the chance ordering from them again.
It's my favorite location but them kids were so on point tonight. They were so sweet. And my food came out quick too. I'm happy to see y'all involve in the children of the community. ?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️
Stopped here for a quick and easy dinner, food is always made fresh to order our server was the sweetest.if your order is large be prepared to wait as I stated,”Food is made Fresh to order” but it’s worth the wait.
This the best Place to eat in Hialeah Florida The owner sonny is the truth!!!! I ate here 4/5 days i was here food was fresh and crispy everytime.Somehow he run the drive thru front counter and bag food at the same time. Food was amazing chicken wings the best crispy extra Lemon pepper. Go check sonny out.
This place has a great menu if you’re in Miami give this place a try a great lunch specials under $10 maybe even lessIf you like whole fried fish you won’t be disappointed not a bad price give this place a try the fried conch is the best my car goes on auto pilot for that
