Nothing was short of fantastic! From the amuse bouche to dessert, the epicurean adventure thrilled with each course. The spirit of Joel Robuchon exists in every dish- the refinement, the depth of flavors, the sheer elegance of the presentation and the unexpected combination of tastes were stellar! Melanie, our sommelier, was so knowledgeable and enjoyable to speak with, as was our server Igor and the entire staff. They exude professionalism and knowledge and take their jobs seriously to deliver you the best experience and hospitality possible. We will be back on our next visit to Miami!!!
Tried the Evolution dinner and it was 8 courses that were amazing, would go again.
I started my birthday celebration solo and could not have picked a better spot. The seating at the counter, where you see all the kitchen action, is perfect for a solo dining experience. I know many folks feel uncomfortable eating solo at a nice restaurant but for me it was perfect. There are three different options for dining. The full tasting menu Evolution, the Spring tasting menu (prixe fix with options for courses, and ala carte. If you diners between 6-7 on a weeknight you have a fourth option (very similar to Spring fixed price) which is what I chose. The service was impeccable. The primary server was from Peru and was very personable but everyone on staff was lovely.I started with a delicious foie gras amuse bouche.. The bread services was excellent with a traditional mini baguette, croissant, and a cheese bread with salted butter. The Hamachi was incredible...I opted for the caviar and it was the correct decision. The calamansi and passion fruit reduction with the raw Hamachi and caviar was incredible...It was one of the highlights of the meal. The artichoke heart with pureed garbanzo beans was one of the best artichoke dishes I have ever eaten. Outstanding. The salmon with spinach and pureed potato was perfectly cooked with the perfect sauce..the potato to butter ratio was crazy and the spinach, which is often not an attractive dish, was formed into a perfect tiny dome on the plate.Dessert, which is not my thing typically, was light and refreshing; it was an incredibly intense strawberry dessert with a frozen component that felt light an refreshing. All in all a great kick off to my birthday weekend/week/month.
Beautiful space and thoughtful food. When planning a trip to Vegas we looked at all of the high end and well-known restaurants that were available because we wanted to experience some of the best food in the few short days we were there. This restaurant was at the top of all the list so we made a reservation. The restaurant itself was really small so we felt like we were on top of everyone else when we were dining. We got to stare into the kitchen and watch the staff cook and prepare the food. I appreciated the attention to detail and the passion you could feel that they had for what they did. You could feel it in the food as well. I cannot have gluten so the menu is limited for me and yet they had a few options at all were delicious.
L’Atelier is among the finest dining in the world. The dishes are prepared to perfection. Each one arriving to your table as pieces of art waiting to be unveiled, paired with an equally impressive wait staff. L’Atelier leaves you with the most amazing dining experience. Thank you for such a wonderful evening, you are truly unrivaled in Miami!
Beautiful presentation, wonderful staff and exquisite food. Highly recommend it for any occasion.
Amazing experience! Went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, food was amazing, cocktails delicious, the experience was out of this world and our serve Manny was fantastic and super informative. 10/10
Beautifully plated dishes, a completely open and very organized kitchen that you can stare at as you relax between each course, and excellent attentive service, made this a very enjoyable dinner. I highly recommend sitting at the long "bar" of two tops that looks into the kitchen as it is very nice to watch the cooking and plating happening. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were very nice, too.
incredible food and atmosphere
An excellent and unique experience in Miami. Nothing to envy the original in Paris. The usual mashed potatoes with that unique taste of L’ Atelier. Excellent service, André and his assistant did a very professional job making us feel like royalty. The sommelier will become your best friend and ally for this experience; Enrique knows what he does and he does it very well. We had the winter menu, it was perfect, balanced and exquisite. We will repeat!
