This location is great for a good sit down meal. REAL cuban food, and is reasonably priced. There's also one in MIA airport, which is just as good, and worth checking out if you have a connection and time.

I went to buy a coffee and the ladies had problems with the register I am wait a long time, my point is, the acknowledged disappear. Does the owner in La carreta care about customer service?

The tostones as part of the order, I never got them included in the take out order and I wasn't going to drive back more than 40 blocks back to complain about them and then drive more than 40 blocks to eat them home. The moros and Cristianos was so so. The vaca frita wasn't bad either but it was so miniscule the amount that for the price paid I could have bought two large KFC dinners, or three whoppers, or a nice Sarrusi sandwich, you name it. Maybe the problem is that since they are not expecting to get many tips from take out, they give the worst service possible so next time the customer feels forced to eat inside so they can get a tip... fat chance! If this continues on they are going to lose a lot of customers! At least they lost me for sure!

Muy buena atención y una espectacular comida.

I have visited this place for many years, and this is how they served my favorite sándwich today ?. No wonder why one of my favorite spot in Miami ?.

A delicious rice pudding and a Cuban coffee

I want to respectfully leave a message, the food hasn't tasted as good as before, it is really salty, the stack is overcooked and if we talk about the menu they no longer have several dishes that one enjoyed with good taste. It seems that something has changed within the restaurant.

This place just feels like home. The staff is amazing. They treat you like family. They are so accomodating when you have kids and always go above and beyond. I’ve been coming here as long as I can remember and will forever be going. The food is consistent which is key. They never change and that’s what I love about them. Is their arroz con pollo going to be as good as abuelas? No, but that’s not why you go here. If you get it, you get it. If you don’t, sorry.Hands down, best location in all miami.

When you put hot food in styrofoam it melts into the food. This causes cancer!! R u trying to kill me!! Put paper sheet under food..restuarant rule #1.??

Gone here for years. The chicken soup and rice pudding are some of the best I've ever had. Great place to get authentic Cuban food.
