The worst Cuban food ever. I've eaten in La Carreta before in many different locations and this particular restaurant is the worst. They should definitely change the cook who apparently knows nothing of cooking authentic Cuban food or flavor. They served me burn fries that were either reheated or cooked in burned &/reused oil Asked server if he can change them, he said they would be the same and to top it off, the 'Pan con Bistec' had no flavor in the meat, like if they just grilled the steak w/no salt, no seasoning and slapped it on the bread. The 'Mariquitas' we're more like crumbs of mariquitas or whatever was left over. We ask server to change them and he removed the few on top and put new ones on top leaving the crumby ones below. Not to mention the dirty rag they used and left on the table as a coaster. Definitely not a tidy or clean restaurant. Never eating her again. I would give it zero stars if I could. ??????

Love the food, but the online service is a joke. They've changed their shopping cart service 3 times in 2021. If you ever need to look up a previous order or receipt - forget it. Their corporate office if a joke for assistance.Thankfully, they're now using Uber for delivery.
Ordered out. Food was not cooked well. No taste at all. Rice was hard. Black beans were bland. They also forgot the order of tostones. Portions were small. Many other places to order from. Do not order from here.
I had not been to this location of La Carreta in a long time. Went with my husband and kids a couple weeks ago. I was very disappointed.I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but they have let the quality of service and food go down.The table and floor were dirty… it wasn’t a pleasant visit and I don’t think we’ll be going back any time soon.
Amazing food amazing service!! Got me the pork roast and it was amazing. Wife got the steak and it was a solid choice. We also got some desert and it was great as well! The price was right too, so def reccomend it!

I used to order from this restaurant almost biweekly the same menu, they have lowered the portions of 10 people to the ones they used to serve for 5 people. I ordered for 10 and was served for 5 people and when I went to complain they just poured the food served for the 5 people in the 10 person tray. Never going back!
