Tried the Evolution dinner and it was 8 courses that were amazing, would go again.

Beautiful space and thoughtful food. When planning a trip to Vegas we looked at all of the high end and well-known restaurants that were available because we wanted to experience some of the best food in the few short days we were there. This restaurant was at the top of all the list so we made a reservation. The restaurant itself was really small so we felt like we were on top of everyone else when we were dining. We got to stare into the kitchen and watch the staff cook and prepare the food. I appreciated the attention to detail and the passion you could feel that they had for what they did. You could feel it in the food as well. I cannot have gluten so the menu is limited for me and yet they had a few options at all were delicious.
Beautifully plated dishes, a completely open and very organized kitchen that you can stare at as you relax between each course, and excellent attentive service, made this a very enjoyable dinner. I highly recommend sitting at the long "bar" of two tops that looks into the kitchen as it is very nice to watch the cooking and plating happening. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were very nice, too.
What magic is this! This is my fifth dining experience at a Joel Robuchon restaurant. Two meals at The Mansion in Vegas and two sittings at L'Atelier in Vegas as well. This dinner put Las Vegas L'Atelier to shame. The attention to detail and perfect combinations on each dish were amazing. I had the winter tasting menu with a lobster addition. Each dish was perfect both in flavor and presentation. Watching the kitchen perform the most basic of tasks with dedication and precision over and over again was so impressive. During my dinner service one of the chefs dropped something. The palpable disappointment that was conveyed without any words was amazing and speaks volumes to the dedication each person has to perfection. If you can afford it, make it happen!
This is probably hands down the best meal I’ve had my whole life. Everything was perfect. They pay impeccable attention to detail and the service was unparalleled. We had the winter menu and were surprised with a birthday dessert. They went above and beyond. Every course was delicious. The only suggestion I would give the chef is to perhaps use a bit less salt in the Foie gras foam. Otherwise everything was just amazing. We will definitely recommend it and would return.

An excellent and unique experience in Miami. Nothing to envy the original in Paris. The usual mashed potatoes with that unique taste of L’ Atelier. Excellent service, André and his assistant did a very professional job making us feel like royalty. The sommelier will become your best friend and ally for this experience; Enrique knows what he does and he does it very well. We had the winter menu, it was perfect, balanced and exquisite. We will repeat!
Had a great time dining at the counter & watching the creations come to life.We did the tasting the menu along with the wine pairing which elevated the flavors to a completely different level. The portions were perfect andour sommelier was awesome working with the profiles of the dishes and our palettes.
